November 21st  - 32 Weeks

It was Thursday, November 21st.. A day that was normally an off day but because of the Pay-Per-View that weekend Colby had media to do on that day and had to be in Chicago all weekend so he called on the one person he knew that could cheer Rebecca up.

Which is who was knocking on the door in the middle of the afternoon causing confusion, Rebecca opened the door to see Ashley smiling at her
"I'm here" she said as she walked in the door and Rebecca shut and locked the door behind her
"Yeah just come on in" she said with a roll of her eyes as she watched Ashley sit her bag down on the floor and sit on the couch "Make yourself at home" she said as she walked into the living room "Now don't take this the wrong way but why are you here?" she questioned
"Your basically husband told me you were starting to get really down lately and you were lonely because you couldn't leave the house much these days" she explained and Rebecca nodded "So here I am" she said "To cheer you up and help you do whatever you have to do around the house today" she said with a smile
"There's not much to do around here, I've already cleaned pretty much everything a million times"
"Aw You're nesting, that means she's coming soon!"
"What are you talking about? You do realize half of the stuff you say I just nod and agree even if I don't understand right?"
"Yeah I figured that out that one out a long time ago" she nodded "Nesting, Rebecca" she said again and her friend just stared at her "Have you not read any of the books I've bought you?" she asked
"Sorry reading about how my body is going to stretch and never be the same again is not really something I'm into doing on a casual night" she said and Ashley rolled her eyes
"Nesting is when you are cleaning and organizing everything in the house, You're getting everything ready for baby to come, you want to make sure it is all in the right place and you have a spot for everything" she explained "A lot of people say it's a sign that labor is going to happen soon" she said
"I'm 32 weeks, let's slow down on the labor talk.. I've still got 2 months" she said
"You never know" Ashley shrugged
"I thought you were supposed to be helping me relax, not making me more anxious" she said
"I'm sorry!" Ashley apologized "What do we need to do?" she asked

After carrying 4 baskets full of baby clothes to the living room, Ashley sat down next to her best friend and they began going through the clothing and separating it into piles based on size and then they began folding it all.

Ashley said she had the best idea to cheer her best friend up and grabbed the TV remote and began clicking buttons before Rebecca saw their match from evolution pop up on the screen
"How is this supposed to cheer me up?" Rebecca questioned "All it does is make me miss it even more" she said
"You love this match and you know it" she said and Rebecca shrugged and turned her attention back to the clothes in front of her

Watching the match for 15 minutes and folding clothes in silence was something relaxing somehow
"Could you have ever thought back then that we would be sitting here doing this a year later?" Ashley questioned
"Never in a million years did I think this would ever be a reality, for me anyway" she said with a small smile "but you" she pointed to her "I always thought you'd be the mom out of both of us" she said
"You and me both" Ashley nodded with a laugh "but in all honesty, You're going to be the best Mom ever.. that little girl is very lucky to have you" she said
"Aw you're gonna make me cry that's not fair!" Rebecca shook her head "I'm very emotional right now" she said and Ashley laughed "and by the way, you are going to be one hell of an aunt"
"Aunt Ashley" Ashley said with a proud smile
"Aunt Ashley" Rebecca nodded "Who is going to spoil her even when I tell you not to"
"You're damn right" Ashley nodded "Mom says no? Just come to me.. I got you" she smiled and Rebecca shook her head

She really was lucky to have all of the friends that she had in this business but Ashley was one of the ones she considered more than just her best friend, that was her sister and she was so grateful to have her and she was even more grateful that her daughter was going to have someone like her to look up to.
