quick recap: On your school trip to Hawaii, Ryuji confesses his feelings to you by kissing you in the clear blue ocean. After seemingly rejecting him, you tell him you would like to give things a try the night before you flew back to Japan.

"Good work today everyone," Akira turned to the team with a grin, "We made quite a lot of progress here in Mementos today."

"It feels like we've been here for hours.." Ryuji groaned, feeling totally defeated. You smiled at him, looking back over at Akira who was shaking his head at the blonde.

Ann stood up, "Well I agree with Skull, I'm ready to head home."

"Well then, are we all ready to return? We got our 5 targets for the day." Akira asked, stuffing his hands in his pocket as he leaned against the sitting booth. Everyone nodded in agreement, just about every thief looking more tired than the other. Akira sighed, he was ready to keep going deeper but if his team is tired then they won't make much progress. "Alright, let's go."

The seven of you poured out of the small booth, ready to pile into the van to begin your ride back to the top.

You and Ryuji were sat in the trunk of the van, curled up next to one another as Akira drove back out in silence. Ann was busy looking out the window while Makoto spoke to Futaba about some stores on Central Street that she might like, and Yusuke had fallen asleep next to the two girls.

"Hey, Lunar," You looked over at Ryuji who had called you by your code name, he was leaned against the back drinking a bottle of soda, "Wanna catch a movie after we get out of here?"

You grinned at him as you hugged your knees to your chest, "Aren't you tired?"

He shook his head, "Nope, I could go for a quick flick right now. What about a horror film, that way the suspense keeps us up if anything?"

You thought about it for a second, realizing that no matter how much you think about it you're only going to say yes. You sighed as you nodded your head, your secret lover's face lighting up.

After another fifteen minutes of silence, you were finally free from Mementos. The feeling of switching realities always leaves you feeling queasy, so you told Ryuji to go ahead and that you would catch up, you just needed some water.

As you stood in line for your water, you felt a tap on your shoulder, causing you to turn around. You were met with a smiling Akechi, causing you to sigh and scowl slightly, "Hi Akechi."

"Oh, you don't seem happy to see me. Did I do something wrong?" He looked around for a second, then cocked a brow at you, "Where's the blonde?"

"One water please," You ordered your water and handed over your yen, then glared at Akechi, "Ryuji is waiting for me at the theater, why?"

"I'm just surprised to see you two separated." He chuckled, handing over his items he was purchasing, "I've seen you two sneaking around a couple times."

"Whatever, I have a movie to catch." You mumbled, beginning to walk away from Akechi.

"I wonder how your friends would react if they found out the two of you have been going on dates behind their backs, I'm sure secrets are not appreciated among such a close knit group like yours."
