Samantha's POV

I pulled up to the school and got out of my car, walking up to the school's main entrance. I pressed the buzzer and walked inside once I heard the door unlock.

''Can I help you?" A blonde-haired lady behind the desk asked.

''I'm here to pick up my daughter.''

''Her name?" She asked, pulling out a rather large blue binder.

''Cassidee Cerulli.'' The lady skimmed through the binder and looked at her contact sheet and then me. ''Sabrina?"

''Yes! That's me, Cassidee has a doctor's appointment today and I forgot to remind the school.''

''Just fill out the dismissal sheet and we'll call her to the office.''

''Thank you.'' I smiled and filled out the early dismissal paper and waited for Cassidee to show up. A few minutes later Cassidee ran up to me and hugged my waist.

''Hi, Mommy.''

''Come on we don't want to be late for your appointment. Thank you again.'' I smiled, walking out the doors.

''Where are we going?" Cassidee asked, climbing in the backseat.

''We're going on a little day trip.'' I got in the front seat and started up the car, driving away.

Chris's POV

I waited outside of the school waiting for Cassidee to come running out with the other kids, but she didn't. Okay maybe she's gathering up her stuff or she stopped to fix the strap on her shoe before walking out.

"Where's Cassidee?" Sabrina asked, walking up to me.

''I don't know! I'll give her one more minute and then I'm going inside.''

Well, two more minutes had passed and my daughter still didn't show up. Sabrina and I walked past all the other parents and their children and walked into the main office.

''Where's my daughter?! I dropped her off this morning, my girlfriend walked her to her first class and now she's gone!"

''Okay, okay! What is your daughter's name?" The lady at the desk asked.

''Cassidee Cerulli! She's a little girl with dark brown hair, she was wearing a blue plaid skirt and a white shirt!"

''She was picked up earlier today.''

''What?! By who!?"

''The only female contact on here is Sabrina, she said Cassidee had a doctor's appointment."

''I'm Sabrina! The person who picked up Cassidee what did they look like?"

''Black hair, brown eyes. She was wearing a black coat, jeans, and boots.''

''That bitch! That was Cassidee's mother, she's a psychotic drug addict and she stole my daughter! You let her walk right out of here with her!''

''Calm down! I'm calling the police right now.'' Sabrina said, patting my arm.

''See if my kid steps foot in your school ever again!" I bolted out of the school and ran over to the car, kicking the tire. I got in the car and started pounding my fists on the steering wheel.

Sabrina got in the car and sat there as I tried to calm myself down. A couple of minutes later we arrived back home and I searched around the house, making sure Samantha wasn't anywhere near the house.

''Chris?" I turned around and saw Sabrina standing at the door with the police.

''Please help me,'' I begged, nearly crying.

''Just give us a description of your daughter and who you think might have taken her.'' One of them said, pulling out a small notepad.

''Her name is Cassidee. C-a-s-s-i-d-e-e, she has long dark brown hair and eyes, weighs forty pounds, and is about forty inches tall. I know who took her too, her mother. Her name is Samantha Esperzino, she's getting back at me because I won sole custody of our daughter, she's a really bad drug addict too.''

''We'll send out an alert, make sure if anyone sees them around they'll know we're looking for her. Stay by the phones in case Samantha calls back, we'll be on the lookout and someone will be here shortly.''

''Yeah, thanks.'' Sabrina lead them out as I sat on the couch. My phone rang and I quickly picked it up, answering it.

"What the fuck?!" Ricky yelled into the phone. ''Your daughter just appeared on my tv screen!"

''I know! Samantha posed as Sabrina and took her out of school! Now could you get off the damn phone in case Samantha tries calling here!?"

''Yeah! I'm calling the guys and we're coming over there!"

''Fine whatever.'' I hung up the phone and tossed it to the other side of the couch. ''This fucking sucks! I swear to God if I see that woman...I'll-I'll..UGH!''

''It's ok, we're going to get her back.''

''Promise?"

''Promise.'' Sabrina smiled, holding up her baby finger. ''Promise like Cassidee.'' I gave a small smile and wrapped our baby fingers together.
