Chapter 39

"Are you sure we have enough blue decorations?" I asked, walking around the backyard.

"I feel like I'm living among the Smurfs.'' Ricky laughed.

''I couldn't agree more.''

The whole backyard was blue. Blue balloons, blue streamers, blue plates and cups, everything.

Today was Sabrina's baby shower, so we just decided to have it at our house. The weather was warm enough and no call for rain, so why waste money on a hall when we can have it at home for free?

''Look how big you're getting!" Allie squealed, hugging Sabrina.

''Ugh! Please don't remind me.''

''But I bet you're counting down the days.''

''She talks about it nonstop.'' I chimed in, chuckling.

After thirty minutes, everyone was here and talking. We haven't told anybody what the name we chose was yet because we only wanted to say it once.

''Cake!" My mom called, walking out the backdoor with a blue cake. I helped Sabrina walk over to the table and I cut a piece for everyone. I gave a piece to Sabrina and Cassidee and returned to our seats.

About ten minutes later, I got back up and stood in front of everyone, smiling.

''Spit it out!" Balz laughed.

''So I know some of you have been wondering what the name is, especially the girls,'' I smirked over at them. ''Sabrina and I have both decided on Mason Salem Cerulli.''

"I love it!" My mom smiled.

"Mason Salem, I like it." Ryan Ashley said, giving a thumbs up.

I smiled and went back to my seat. After everyone finished their cake, it was time to open up gifts.

"This one is from Ryan and Balz," I said, handing Sabrina a large gift bag.

"Awe! A little Jack Skellington onesie, matching socks, and a little hat! How cute, thank you." She smiled, hugging them.

"There's one more in the bag." Balz pointed.

Sabrina pulled out a white onesie from the bag and smiled. "This is perfect."

"Oh yeah!" I smiled, taking it from her. On the front of the onesie it had a Jack Skellington skull and underneath it said: Daddy's Little Nightmare.

"I can't wait until he starts driving you crazy. Another reason for me to count down the days until he's here." Sabrina smiled.

"I hope you get peed on."

"I love you too, dear."
