Ok, so I know alot of people are weird about this ship but I honestly love it to bits, so im going to write a chapter or two on it and no one can stop me, anyways, love you guys(also non of this is canon, its my own little story isolated from the HP world)

A light summer breeze blew through the trees surrounding the burrow. The sun was high in the sky and the air was perfectly warm, not to bad to make a person uncomfortable, just warm enough to go for a swim or play a game of quidditch. In fact, a game on the makeshift pitch had just ended when Molly called all the children in for lunch. Reminding them to wipe their feet before stepping foot onto her clean floors. The table was set with sandwich fixings and assorted snacks. It wasn't much but was always nice. Everyone ate and talked about the completed match, George upset that Fred's team had won. Eventually all of them had finished and went back outside to play another match.

This time the teams consisted of Ron, Charlie and George, while the other team was Ginny, Bill and Fred with Percy keeping score on the sidelines. The game lasted an hour and a half and ended in a tie, as both teams became to tired to play in the summer sun any longer. They all trudged inside and changed from their sweaty, dirty clothes, deciding to relax in their different rooms. The twins were working on prototypes for their jokes as usual, while Percy read, Ginny helped with chores, Ron napped, and Bill and Charlie caught up in the living room.

Fred and George had been working on a new joke when an owl arrived on their window sill and pecked at the glass. Fred immediately recognized the bird and got up to let it in. The barn owl happily chirped and sat on the bed, waiting to take the response back. Fred took the letter from it and sat on his bed to read it. Thankfully George had gone to get more supplies, so Fred was alone. He tore open the envelope and unfolded the parchment to see familiar handwriting.

Fred,
I wanted to owl and see how you have been, I know I get to see you next week but it feels like a long ways away. My parents noticed I am sending alot of owls and are suspicious so I told them I have a pen pal, they sort of believed me but whatever I have to do to send you more letters, I will do. I hope your doing well, see you soon.

Love,
'Mione

Fred smiled to himself as he read the neat script. It was true, he and Hermione had been sending many letters to each other that summer, he was surprised no one else in his house had caught on or noticed, since he didn't want to have to tell the truth. Which was that he and Hermione were a couple and had been since the beginning of the past school year. Quickly finding a quill and parchment Fred scribbled down a letter, stuffed it into an envelope and sent it on its way. Just as the owl left, George arrived with bags of assorted things they could use to make more things for their shop.

"Anything interesting happen while I was gone?" George asked

"No, just been tinkering with a few things" Fred lied

George nodded and the two got back to their work until dinner. The days before Hermione came to the burrow for the rest of the summer, past agonizingly slowly for both Hermione and Fred. Both tried to find things to do, Hermione tried to read, pack her things and tidy up, while Fred worked on his pranks with George and played quidditch. Finally the day arrived and Fred waited in the sitting room for her to appear from the Floo. Of course everyone else was waiting too, Hermione had become like part of the family and everyone had grown close to her, especially Ginny. The second the flames shot up and roared, Fred's heart skipped a beat. Out stepped Hermione and her bags, she brushed some soot off of her self and then smiled. Molly got up and was the first to hug her, then Ginny and Ron, followed by Bill, Charlie and Arthur who all affectionately ruffled her hair, then George who hugged at the same time at Fred.
