- Unknown POV -
A teenage girl clad in all black walks down the mountainside. When she reaches the valley below, she gets in to a 'ready' stance. She puts her arms out in front of her, palms out, and something shoots out from her palms. Everything goes black.
- Lam's POV -
Someone is shaking me awake. A bald man wearing a long black robe is the one jostling me awake quite rudely. "Can I help you?" I ask, polite to a fault. He just stares at me and walks away. Assuming he means for me to follow him, I run forwards. He leads me to a large room with white walls. I shiver when I see faint blood stains dotting the walls. Is this mysterious man going to execute me here? A heavy mental weight lifts off me, one I hadn't noticed before. I stumble, unused to the lightness. "Power." The guard barks out in heavily accented English. Power? Understanding, I put my arms out, palms facing the far wall. I reach inside me. I haven't done this purposely. Suddenly, there is a glowing substance shooting out both palms. Blue-white on the left one, and red-orange on the right one. Good thing the walls are plaster. If they were wood I would be in trouble. Caldon and William told me I had shot fire and ice when I was sick but I actually didn't really believe them. But here is the proof, in front of me. The guard grunts in awe. Excited to test my new ability, I let all my power loose.
