First of all, I would like to apologize for the way things left off between us. You see, I am newly engaged. It was completely my fault for not telling you, and for that, I am deeply sorry. Though I am not angry with you for what occurred, I must request that we cease contact. This makes me sad considering you have been a good friend, but I truly feel that it's for the best. I also do not want you to think that this was my fiancée's demand. This was purely on my own accord.
