This is going to be a bit different to what i usually do so sorry if it is really bad and short I'm trying to do different things
Today i am filming a YouTube video with my boyfriend daniel as a lot of my subscribers requested it. I asked daniel the other day if we could film the video together and he said that we could and that he had the day off Wednesday. And today is Wednesday so yesterday i planned the video the best i could so i am ready for when daniel comes over later.
Skip a few hours
The doorbell rang so i bounded towards the door and opened it to see my beautiful boyfriend, he bought me in for a hug and I hugged him back. I let him in and then closed the door behind him. We spent some time together before I started to set up my camera. I put my ring lights up and then got my tripod. I tried to adjust the height if my tripod but I couldn't twist the wheel which allows you to move it up and down. I sat down and sighed when daniel came over and leant over me and kissed my forehead.
Daniel: whats wrong babe
You: i can't move the wheel to adjust the tripod
Daniel: let me try
Daniel went over to the tripod and then twisted the wheel and managed to move it. I went over to him and adjudsted the tripod as needed. Daniel chuckled at me as i had a a pouty look on my face after being frustrated that I couldn't do something myself. I got over myself then grabbed my makeup bag and put it on the table. I started my camera and then we began filming.
"Hey everyone its y/n welcome back to my channel, today i have my boyfriend daniel with me because you guys requested that i do a boyfriend does my makeup challenge so here we are" i said to the camera.
" ok so what do we do first?" daniel asked
"Well i will empty out my makeup bag and show you everything thats in there and then you can start" i replied
I put all my makeup and brushed on the table in front of us. I tried to set it up so that daniel would try and do things in the right order.
"Right so i think this goes first" daniel said while picking up the bottle of foundation. "Yes but what do you apply it with?" i asked "urm this thing whatever it is" daniel picked up my beauty blender.
Daniel put some of the foundation on the back of his hand and then on my face he then began to blend it out. "Ow not so hard are you trying to hurt me?" I said "sorry babe I didn't mean to". He continued to blend out the foundation more softly this time.
Next he picked up the concealer and put it under my eyes before also blending it with the beauty blender again. I was proud that daniel knew what to do because he always watches me do my makeup. Daniel the did my powder as that was easy but he soon got a confused look on his face while looking at the pile of makeup in front of him.
"You ok there dani?" I asked looking at his confused face "yeah i don't know what to do next" daniel sighed. "Well i will give you a hint it goes on your cheeks" i smiled
Daniel took a few seconds to think before his face lit up and he grabbed my contour and highlight palette. He took a look at my brushes for a second before grabbing the right brush which surprised me so i gave a thumbs up to the camera. Daniel put on my contour and bronzer before grabbing an eyeshadow brush to put on my highlighter. I gave a look to the camera telling them that this is where it goes downhill. Daniel finished my face makeup without really messing up.
"Ok it is now time for the eyes so be careful please don't poke my eye out" i said with a worried tone "i wont hurt you i promise" daniel replied "what look are you going to do?" I asked him "something natural because you look better with less makeup" "aww thank you babe"
I gave daniel one of my natural eyeshadow pallets for him to use. He started by using quite a dark brown all through my crease which i secretly pulled a face at. I knew from that second that this is where it was going to go down hill. Daniel then took a lighter colour and put it all over my eyelid. I laughed and daniel looked at me.
"What are you laughing at?" Daniel asked me "oh well you aren't meant to put that colour all through my crease" i replied "whoops sorry but i bet you look beautiful anyway" he told me "aww thanks love" i said
He continued doing my makeup and telling everyone what he was doing like he had done throughout which I thought was cute as he had no idea what he was saying. He looked through my other pallets and found a gold shimmery eye shadow which he put over the brown eye shadow on my eyelid.
The last thing he had to do was my lips. I went into our room and got all my lip products because I don't have any in my makeup bag. I put it all on the table and daniel just looked at me in awe.
"Why do you have so much?" Daniel asked "well i actually don't have that much compared to most girls trust me" i told him. "Well then, how do i know what is what?" Daniel questioned " well the small thin things are lip pencils then the others are lipsticks" i answered him
He then picked up a lip pencil and looked at the colour before turning back to me and attempting to put it on i could feel that it was all over my face, daniel finally put my lipstick on and then he ran to grab a mirror to show me his masterpiece.
He flipped the mirror so that i could see my face and honestly it wasn't the worst the only thing was that my lips looked kind of ridiculous as daniel had over-lined them so much.
"So what do you think?" Daniel asked "it's actually pretty good the only thing is that you over lined my lips a bit too much but you know at least i have big lips now" i joked

I then turned the camera off and sat back down next to daniel who kissed my head and smiled down at me. Later we edited the video together because daniel wanted me to teach him hoW to edit because e wanted to be able to help me if I ever needed it which i thought was cute.
