I woke up to my alarm at 6:00 am this morning which some would think is insane but I love to get up and go for a run. It's always so nice to go out early in the morning as there isn't many people around and the sun is still coming up.
I got up and got into some workout clothes, I put on some grey and white leggings with a black long sleeved top which had an open back and some straps that crossed over on my back. I filled up my water bottle before putting my shoes on and leaving the house. I started on my usual route around my town and towards the river in the park.
I was enjoying myself while listening to my music on my playlist, I wasn't particularly Paying attention to where I was going and someone else must have been coming along the same path as me because I bumped into someone and fell back onto the concrete floor. The fall really hurt but I wasn't thinking about that as much as I was thinking about how bad I felt for running into someone. I started to apologise to the person when they reached their hand down to help me up, I could tell it was a guy from his hand but I didn't look at his face.
You: I'm so sorry about that I wasn't paying attention it's completely my fault
Guy: its fine don't worry about It
I finally looked at his face when he spoke to me and gosh he was hot like I had never seen a guy that was so attractive.
You: I-I jus-just feel s-so bad I-I'm sorry
I couldn't speak properly because I was so taken back by how hot he was which made me look like an idiot.
Guy: your fine I promise just don't worry about it, are you ok though you fell pretty hard?
You: oh yeah I'm fine thank you my ego is a bit bruised but other than that I'm fine
He laughed at me before introducing himself and I did the same. I found out that his name was Daniel and that he was 21 like I was. After he introduced himself he offered to buy me coffee which i agreed to on the condition that I would buy our drinks because it was my fault that we bumped into each other. He didn't seem too happy about my proposal but he agreed and we walked to the nearest coffee shop.
We walked together to the nearest town to where we were found a Starbucks to go to. It was still quite early so the Starbucks wasn't too busy so we could get a table. We both sat down together for a few seconds before I asked Daniel what he wanted and went to order the drinks. I got an iced coffee and then I got Daniel a cold brew, I also got us both blueberry muffins as an extra way of saying sorry. I was just about to pay when someone came up behind me and paid, I turned around and it was Daniel. I shook my head at him but he just had a cheeky smile on his face.
We got our drinks and sat back at the table. I told him off for paying when I said I would but he told me that is what a gentleman should do. He was so sweet which honestly I didn't expect seeing as most guys aren't especially when they are so attractive but somehow Daniel managed both.
We sat together and talked about our lives and what we do for a living. Daniel told me that he was in a band which I said that I would check out later and I told him that I was a photographer. We had a lot of fun talking with one another and getting to know each other, Daniel was making me laugh so much with the stories he told me about being in a band. I was enjoying myself so much that I got really sad when i checked the time and I realised that I had to get to a photo shoot.
You: I'm so sorry Daniel but i have to get going I have a photo shoot to get to
Daniel: its ok I should really be getting to the studio with the other guys, here have my number and text me sometime
You: great I will do that
We both got up and he hugged me before we both left and went our separate ways. I ran home and quickly got ready to go to my shoot, I was completely distracted the whole rest of the day thinking about Daniel and how much I wanted to see him again. He was so perfect and honestly I can't believe that I've fallen for someone so quickly I never normally do that but Daniel seemed different.
