Lukas's POV

I looked at the sight in front of me. A beautiful girl finishing the rest of her pizza after I succeeded to steal a few more slices, much to her annoyance. "What?" She said while swallowing her last bit the moment she caught me staring at her.

"Nothing, I just can't get over how much you like pizza." I chuckled, carefully watching her with smoldering eyes as she put the empty box on the coffee table in front of her. She fell back against the couch letting her fall to the side until her head flopped onto my lap, my fingers quickly finding their way into her hair, petting her until she closed her eyes.

Her mind was racing as she restlessly kept tossing and turning, her head however never leaving my lap. She sighed deeply and I watched how her face changed going deeper and deeper into her thoughts.

"What are you thinking about?" I whispered, trying not to startle her while pushing a lock of hair from her forehead, putting it behind her ear.

"What are we going to do about Drew? He honestly scares me now, with the tattoo and all... I mean who does that!" She sighed deeply, opening her eyes to look up at me. My heart sank the moment she said she was scared, making me feel sad but enraged at the same time. I tried to suppress the urge to smash a door in half or something close to that, because I knew that wouldn't help her to be less scared.

"Simple, if he ever comes near you again, you tell me. If the son of a bitch does anything to scare you, you tell me. If he ever lays a single finger on you again, you tell me. Okay?" I said through my teeth trying to push away the anger but images of Bella in that car with him flash through my mind, making me more bitter than I already was.

"And then what? I'm scared he'll do something to me or to you when he finds out about us." She said, her voice cracking while her mind probably tried to imagine the moment.

"Then he's a dead man walking... I'm serious, I don't even know how I was able to walk away after I saw what Rodrigo was putting on his wrist." I said calmly, stroking my fingertips over the bridge of her nose, admiring every inch of her. Before I met her, I would have attacked that motherfucker then and there, but then again I wouldn't have cared about the name of a girl on someone's wrist. But this time it was the name of a girl I would one day maybe ink on myself and talking about tattoos... "Bells?"

"Mmhh..." She hummed, waiting for me to continue as she took one of my hands between hers pulling it over her chest so I could feel her heartbeat. I liked the calmness surrounding us un this moment, turning me to stone, not speaking not moving just feeling how her heartbeat beat against my hand.

"I have an open spot at the shop next week... do you want me to put your name on the schedule? You know, the tattoo from the bet? Rodrigo has a spot just after that I'll ask him to put my name on too. What do you say?" I hesitantly and carefully asked her, expecting her to decline, telling me I was crazy for even suggesting.

"Does it hurt?" She said, looking up, her eyes wide. I caressed her cheek, trying to... I don't know what I was trying to do, it just felt right.

"Does what hurt? Putting your name on the schedule? Nhaaa that won't kill ya." I smirked at her as she snorted out a laugh and rolled her eyes at me while sitting up right, her head leaving the warm spot in my lap. She was now sitting on her knees, facing me, her hands on my shoulders supporting her.

"No, the tattoo silly... Does it hurt?" She said and I could see some concern in her eyes. I wish I could tell her it didn't, but it depends, some people say it hurts like hell others say it's quite bearable.

"It depends, It could... especially since I'm planning on giving you an entire sleeve." I laughed her eyes immediately widening with fear. I grabbed her face between both hands, stopping her from opening her mouth to speak or squeal. "Bells, I'm kidding! It'll be something small and cute, just like you." I said before kissing the tip of her nose. "So, is that a yes?" I whispered while pulling her into my arms, her body resting against mine.
