Isabella's POV
We both got comfortable on the couch with each a pizza box in our lap, our gaze focused on the The Holiday playing on the tv. The movie was just background entertainment as both of us just couldn't stop glancing at each other. "What?" I smirked at him with my slice of pizza still in my mouth.
I could tell by the way his eyes wandered over me and he stopped chewing his pizza for a second, that he wanted to say something. "Nothing." He chuckled at me before taking another bite from his four seasons pizza. Oh Lukas that look on your face isn't nothing.
I squeezed my eyes at him, not taking nothing for an answer. "Nothing me again and I'll eat your pizza as well." I sternly looked at him as my hand latched on to the box sitting in his lap, his jaw instantly dropping.
"No no no are you crazy... That's my pizza... Who are you? Shrek?" He laughed as he pulled the box out of my hand, but I wasn't letting go easily.
"Well thanks but last time I checked I wasn't green, so no..." I scrunched my nose at him as I took in the sight of one of his famous eyerolls. "Come on tell me... What did you want to say? And if you say nothing, I will stuff that pizza in my face like an ogre. I promise." I winked at him and eyed up the pizza box in his lap.
Lukas instantly scoffed before meeting my gaze with the biggest smirk his lips could wear. "Nothing." One of the corners of his mouth tugged up, waiting for me to react.
"I warned you!" I leaned in, hoovering over him as my mouth started an attack on the slice of pizza he was holding in his hand. He didn't expect this as a loud scowl came from deep within and he pulled the slice away from my face. Oh no, you asked for it. I laughed and leaned over more catching the slice between my teeth as I felt his eyes watch the whole scene with shock. The moment he pulled it away once more things went hilariously south. I lost my balance smashing the slice of margarita I was holding into his white T-shirt. Oooooh shit. Both of us widened our eyes, my mouth parting as I didn't know what to expect next. I pulled the slice away from the now stained fabric and put my lips in a straight line. Shitididshitshit. I cursed under my breath as doing so revealed a large spot of tomato sauce. Lukas still sat underneath me rather stoic, his gaze telling me a bunch of stuff at once. "I am so sorry!" I grimaced as I felt the blood rush to my cheeks, frowning my brows at the stain and then looking back up to meet Lukas's gaze.
A huge weight fell off my shoulders the moment he started to laugh hysterically. "Always something interesting with you." He shook his head as he looked down at the stain, laughing some more as he saw the seize of it. "Damn Bella, you really didn't lie about channeling your inner Shrek." He smirked, his eyes traveling over me and more specifically at the way I was almost sitting on top of him. Not that he and I were uncomfortable, on the contrary I wanted him even closer.
"You shouldn't have said nothing. I gave you a fair warning and you didn't act on it as such." I smirked at him, still not moving away from him, not even if the slice of pizza in my hand was now looking as if it had seen the third world war.
"What do you suppose I do now?" He smiled as her looked over him and his dirty T-shirt.
"Take it off." I whispered, my mouth apparently not stopping my truest thoughts from spilling out loud. It seemed as if I was joking but quite frankly, I really wasn't. Lukas's mouth parted in awe, probably not expecting me to say this but I just couldn't help it. I wanted to see his tattoos and I wanted to feel the heat coming from his chest as he held me. I mostly just wanted him to kiss me.
I gazed at his lips, that still hadn't replied to my longing whisper. "Uuhm." He slightly widened his eyes as he obviously was considering it. I also hadn't moved as I was still hovering over him. He pulled his bottom lip between his teeth and I swear that made me swoon into a puddle of goop. It made the room spin and I lost all ability to move. Even when he put the box of pizza in his lap on the coffee table and took my slice from my hand to place it on top of the box I remained motionless, just gazing him up.
