Natalie attend to the cut on my temple as I try to catch my breath.

" Where's Laurence? " I asked.

" The Lord has locked him up " Aiden approach and sit down on the stool as he takes off his shoulder armour where there's a gash.

Ash immediately tend to it.

" You alright? " He asked, I nodded.

" Just a cut to the head, not deep, how are the villagers? " I asked.

" They all survived " Gene approached, unharmed along with Dante.

" You alright? " Dante rushes, I nodded and stood up.

" I'll go change "

I grab Natalie's hand and speed walk to Carla's house.

When we were far away I slow down.

" Your Highness, you have to be careful, your wound is fresh and I need to clean it " she said as she gently wipes off the blood as we walk.

" I can't sit there when Dante is there " I said.

" Eh? " She stops me and turn me to him.

" You like him? " She asked.

" I-i-i don't " I said.

" Your denying it " she said.

" Your testing me? " I asked, she shuts her mouth and shake her head.

I roll my eyes and arrive at the house, I open the door and see Carla pacing back and forth with Aiden on the floor with a you.

" Carla " I get her attention, she turns and rush to me.

" Your Highness " she looks at the wound.

" I'm fine, how's Aiden? " I asked.

" He's alright, Laurence? " She asked.

" Your father had him locked up " I said.

" Is he. . . . .injured? " She asked as she look away.

" Arthur stabbed him on his shoulder, he should be fine " I said, she nodded.

" Good " she said as she walks to Aiden.

" Your worried " I said, she stops and carry Aiden on her side.

" You may go visit him " I said.

She turns around.

" Thank you " she said and I move away as she exits, the door closes and I lost balance of my feet.

" Princess! " Natalie grab my shoulder.

" I'm fine " I stood properly.

She helps me sit down on the chair and continue to clean the blood.
