"I'm sorry Bey. I know how excited you were to see him," Leigh-Anne said after Beyoncé told her and Tyra what happened with Colin.
"Don't be. It's fine. He's a little bit right too. I may have overreacted a bit," Beyoncé said as she looked in the mirror at herself.
"No, you had a right to be upset. He deliberately lied to you about Ashanti. He shouldn't have lied if nothing was going on," Tyra replied.
"He made a mistake. It's not enough to throw away five years of a relationship. I'm just gonna forgive him and move on. Plus, I don't even know if anything happened," Beyoncé said.
"You have the biggest heart. Just don't let him take advantage of that," Leigh-Anne warned as she laid across the bed in Beyoncé's childhood room.

"I know that's right. Don't let people take advantage of your kindness," Tyra told her little sister.
"I won't. Now, how do I look?" Beyoncé asked her.
"Amazing as always," Leigh-Anne complimented.
"Couldn't have said it better myself," Tyra said.
"Thanks. Are you sure you don't want to come with me, Leigh?" Beyoncé asked Leigh-Anne.
"No, I'm good. Have fun and catch up with your old high school friends. I'll be fine here. I'll hang out with your nephew. He's the coolest kid I've ever met. You and I can hang out tomorrow," Leigh-Anne told her.
"Okay. I'll see you guys later," Beyoncé said as she grabbed her phone and purse before leaving her room.
She went downstairs and said goodbye to her parents.
She knew her brother was either at his apartment or had left for Jay's party.
She left the house and got into her car. She had left her car at home when she went to college because she didn't like Atlanta's traffic. She was used to the slow-paced traffic of Briarwood and didn't feel completely comfortable driving in Atlanta yet.
