After 1 month back to work na agad ako. Ayaw pa sana ako payagan ni daddy dean at ng asawa ko baka daw kasi mabinat ako pero i insisted. Sabi ko sakanila madami na akong nakatambak na trabaho and site visitation lalo na yung construction ng project namin kay mrs. Cruz.

As per update report ng mga engineers na inasign ko don by 1st week of february tapos na daw yun. Kaya nga need ko ng bumalik sa work kasi i need to check first the site bago namin e launch sa may ari para talagang sigurado akong walang palpak. Mahirap na, pinagkatiwalaan niya pa naman ang building nation ng sobra sobra kaya dapat quality din ang ibabalik namin sakanya para no trust issue kami sa clients namin.

Ma'am in 10 minutes po start na po ng progress report po ng team sa project po ni mrs. Cruz.
Remind ng secretary ko na si cring. Sinabihan ko lang siya na pupunta na ako. E prepare niya lang mga gagamitin sa meeting namin.

After ng presentation I was amazed how my team presented their progress report of the project. I am happy for the outcome ng ginawa nila. Nakita ko sa mga pictures and videos nila na nagawa namin ang ayon sa gusto ni mrs. Cruz. I am confident na nameet namin ang expectation niya sa building nation, masasabi kung sobra pa nga sa ineexpect niya eh. Kaya hindi talaga ako nagkamali na sila ang hinire ko sa project nato. Halos sila na nga lahat ang gumawa eh. Hindi na talaga ako nila masyadong dinisturbo last year when i had my maternity leave. Kaya i'm very proud for them. Nice team ever!!!

Our team decided to visit the site later around 3pm. Sabi nila Kahit pa maganda daw ang presentation nila mas gusto pa din daw nila na makita at macheck ko personally para daw satisfied and confident daw talaga akong e turn over sa may ari by 1st week of february. Yun din naman talaga obligation ko ang mag approve sa lahat ng projects bago ko eto e release sa may ari.

Madami pa kaming napag usapan ni mrs. Cruz after niyang magfollow up sa update ng construction niya. Uuwi daw siya ng pilipinas by 2nd week of february kasama ng mga equipments ng hospital na pinambili niya sa ibang bansa. May mga hired na din siyang mga doctors, nurses, and other employees na kailangan daw sa hospital na yun because Her 2nd husband is a doctor and owned also the hospital abroad kaya may katuwang daw siya para maging possible daw ang dream niya para sa anak niya at maibigay niya eto ng wala man lang siyang kaalam alam na naset up na pala lahat. She planned daw na by last week of february ibibigay niya to sa anak niya kasabay dito ang grand opening ng hospital and the team are invited daw.
