After I slit my own throat, I realized that not only was I not where I was supposed to be... but I was where I once feared would be. In the 2018 prison world. Damn it. Alaric Saltzman really did it. If I ever get out, I'm gonna hunt him and make him-

"This is about uncle Kai, isn't it?" Was that? No. It couldn't be. Josie?

I rushed desperately through the Salvatore Boarding House to find Sebastian, Lizzie, Alaric and Josie in the living room. "Josie!" I exclaimed terrified as I laid my eyes on the beautiful brunette. "Amaya?" Lizzie asked confused as I rushed into my girlfriend's arms. "What are you doing here? You have to get out. All of you. Now." I spoke after I let go of her. Josie was as puzzled as her twin to see me here.

"How did you get here?" Alaric asked and I shrugged. "And what did you do?" Josie asked, worry in her eyes. "Her eyes fell on the blood on my shirt. "I was pregnant, now I'm not anymore." I whispered emotionless and let the fact sink in. I put a knife in my stomach, killing the fetus.

I killed... I let out a stifled gasp as I sunk on my knees. I tried to control my breaths but I couldn't. As I looked down, something caught my eyes. Black lines visibly appearing on my arms.

I felt the shift in my magic, close to leaving my body in a wave that would shatter my surroundings. So, I tried to keep it in. My Josie kneeled down infront of me, grabbing my hands. "It's gonna be okay. You're gonna be okay." The Saltzman girl whispered as I stared into oblivion. The idea of shutting it all of didn't seem so bad now. I shook my head slightly. I couldn't. I knew who I would become if I would do that.

"I am so sorry." I whispered and looked into her brown eyes. She didn't realize what I was sorry for. "I- I- I cheated on you. God, you must hate me so much." I whimpered and began to sob as tears filled my eyes.

Later after I calmed down, Josie and I walked around the house in search of Alaric, Sebastian and Lizzie. "Lizzie? Sebastian? Where are you guys?" Josie exclaimed as we walked back into the house. "Who the hell are you?" A very familiar voice said behind me. Josie and I turned to see Jade, and I gasped. "Jade?"

"Little Josie Saltzman, all grown-up. And one of my fave vamps, Amaya Rose Mikaelson, well, I'll be damned." The blonde chuckled softly. "Is Lizzie here, too?" She asked and slightly looked around. "Uh, no." Josie said and Jade stepped forward, stalking Josie, like an animal its prey.

"Jade, what are you doing here?" Josie asked and at the same moment, Jade's vampire face crawled onto the surface.

"If it's okay with you, can we have this conversation after I eat? Because I'm starving, and you look delicious." She said and took one more step but that was enough for me to vamp forward and rip her heart out.

In the same time, Kai Parker sped in, wood in hand. I dropped the heart and with a big, mischievous smile I looked up to the heretic. "Well, hello, old friend... it's been so long" I snarled and kept Josie behind me in a protective stance. Growling.

🔮

"Welcome to Fort Parker." The Parker man said and I growled as I stepped inside before Josie and after Kai. "What was your name again? Alena?" Kai asked and I chuckled softly.

"Amaya. Amaya Mikaelson. We met in another prison world. I bashed your head in before I saved Bonnie from your grasp." I snarled, overprotective of my girlfriend. "You're Kai Parker." Josie said and now stood beside me. Kai gasped and turned to us, "I am. And you are one of the Saltzman twins."

I growled again, my eyes turned golden. "Don't talk to her!" Josie grabbed my hand and squeezed it slightly. "It's okay." She whispered. No, it wasn't. If I could, I would kill him but he is bound to this world so he would just wake up later. No fun... The ways I could torture him...

Later I was running through the woods after my neck was snapped and was suddenly tackled onto the ground by someone strong, not stronger than me but still strong. "I wouldn't run if I were you." Jade held a knife to my throat and I winced at the cold metall at my skin. She then dragged me to Diego, Wendy and Alaric in a bar. Josie was also there, with a headband on her mouth to keep her quiet. "Jo." I whispered and looked down at her. She nodded. "I'm okay." Her voice appeared softly in my head and I sighed in relief. "I'm gonna get you out of here, I promise." I said back and she slightly nodded.

"I knew what I had to do. Five people were dead, brutally murdered. Fed on, ripped apart, dismembered, burned to cover it up. And not one of you showed any remorse or even admitted what you had done. I couldn't let you stay at the school. I wasn't gonna unleash you into the world." Alaric explained and I slowly stepped forward. "So, you sent us here forever? Is that how you help your students?" Diego asked and I clenched my hands into fists.

"No. I made a mistake." Yeah, maybe, you did. I thought to myself. But then something dawned on me. I thought back to a night over a year ago, where I was in a familiar situation as the three supernaturals. "I should've killed you." He added and I sped forward, spelling a barrier behind me when I stopped and looked down on Alaric. "I'm gonna ask you this one time! And I expect the truth. Did you or did you not want to send me here too after I ruthlessly began to feed again and before I found out I was bound to Josie?" I asked, black veins appearing beneath golden eyes. "Yes. Yes, I wanted you away from my students, because everywhere you go, death and destruction follows." He admitted and I lifted the barrier and turned around.

"He deserves to suffer just the way we did." I said and looked up to Jade. "You two go to check on Kai. He has all the pieces to get us out now. Make sure he doesn't leave us behind." Jade said and the witch and the wolf left.

"I was screaming for help. You just couldn't hear it. But being here where you sent us, I've killed Kai, Diego, and Wendy thousands of times. So maybe you're right after all. Because I've finally become the killer that you thought I was." Jade said and I smiled to myself. "Alaric, you see... I've thought about it... this whole place is made out of gemini magic. Magic like that has links. You don't need the ascendent to get out when you have a revilas." With that, I broke Jade's neck and suddenly felt something inside of me just... snap.

I took the headband from Josie's mouth and helped her get up. I grabbed her hand and tried to walk out of the bar but she refused to walk any further. "I'm not leaving without my dad and Lizzie." Josie said and I sighed, "Your emotions are in your way. Maybe it's time you break that sandclock." I said emotionless and felt black, thin lines creeping up all over my body. "Huh." I said and lifted my arm to look at them. "It appears that they've chosen me... All they needed was this." I whispered to myself.

"Amaya?" Josie was terrified, stepped back and I looked up to her, feeling the black lines creep up my face. My eyes turned dark blue. "Kai Parker will not be your concern. Get Lizzie and Alaric and I will get you home." I said as I began to think clearer, seeing things that weren't as present as before. Josie slowly nodded and left to find Lizzie while I turned to look to Alaric, breaking Jade's neck again with the flick of my wrist as she woke up.
