Rowan's P.O.V.
Harley came into my room and grabbed my hand, pulling me off my bed and downstairs,
"Wha-Why- Harley-" She ignored me, continuing to the living room where Damon was. She sat on the couch next to him, pulling me down to her other side and almost on top of her.
"What's wrong?", Damon asked worriedly.
"I watched a stupid sad video and now I'm sad and I need my brothers.", she rambled, sniffling a little, "I love you guys lots."
"We love you too kid.", I said softly. She laid her head on Damon's shoulder, her legs falling over mine. She placed her hand on his arm, brushing over the scar. I'm glad I didn't know until I knew he was okay.
"Stop it Har. I'm fine."
"I-I just never realized how close I'd been to losing you guys."
"You didn't."
"And you won't.", I added.

"Why didn't you tell us?", I asked.
"It's stupid.", Rosa added. The others nodded. Rosa, Gabe, Ellie, Jason and I all stood in Damon's room. During lunch.
"Guys, I wasn't supposed to. I'm sorry. I fully agree that it's stupid but it wasn't and isn't up to me.", Damon said softly. The school had started a strike system. Your first was a warning, second was a write up, third was a call home, fourth was for the office to 'handle it', and the fifth was a suspension. No one told any of the students until someone got a strike.
"This is dumb.", Jason muttered, sitting in a desk, "We're not in kindergarten."
"I fully agree kid.", Damon said, "But I have a feeling you're more upset than the others for a reason." Jason glanced at Damon and back down,
"I-I didn't even do anything.", he whispered, his voice cracking. Damon gave the rest of us a look as we made our way out of the room.
"Is J okay?", Ellie asked me. I nodded,
"He's just stressed out kiddo. He'll be alright. Let's get you to lunch."
"Can I sit with you?"
"Of course. But what about your friends?" She shrugged, peering down,
"Long story."
Damon's P.O.V.
Jason wouldn't look up at me so I crouched in front of the desk he sat in,
"Jase, just tell me what happened baby."
"I-I made a joke and got a strike and i asked what they were because no one knew about it and-and when she told me I-I was kinda disrespectful and got another."
"You know better than to be disrespectful Jase.", I said softly. He nodded, closing his eyes tightly, "But, you didn't know about the new system before your first strike. To me, you only have one. But no more or you'll be in trouble, got it?" He nodded,
"Yeah."
"Are you okay?"
"I-I'm just really stressed out.", he whispered. I nodded,
"Can I do anything to help?" He shook his head,
"No. Can I stay in here though?" I nodded,
"Of course kid."

Ash laid on my bare chest, breathing heavily,
"I love it when you ditch class."
