Jimin stood anxiously on the porch, his gaze fixed on the road. It had been three hours since Jungkook had gone out, saying he was just going to buy groceries. Three hours. It shouldn’t have taken this long, and Jimin’s heart began to race with worry.

Just as he felt his chest tighten, he heard the familiar sound of footsteps. Jungkook finally appeared, carrying a couple of grocery bags, but Jimin couldn’t shake the anxious knot in his stomach.

"Why are you waiting outside?" Jungkook asked, noticing the troubled look on Jimin’s face.

"K-Kookie hyung..." Jimin’s voice trembled as tears welled up in his eyes.

"Hey, why are you crying?" Jungkook’s eyes widened, his tone softening with concern.

"W-where were you? I thought... I thought you left me." Jimin’s voice broke as he spoke, his emotions getting the best of him.

Jungkook’s heart dropped. He hadn’t meant to make Jimin worry like this. He sighed, feeling a wave of guilt wash over him, and immediately pulled Jimin into his arms. "Don’t think like that. I’m sorry, Mochi."

Jimin leaned into the hug, his hands clutching Jungkook’s jacket as if afraid he might disappear again. "Where were you? You’ve been gone so long."

Jungkook hesitated for a moment, not wanting to explain everything just yet. Instead, he offered a vague response, attempting to ease the tension. "I had some work to take care of."

Jimin raised his head, looking into Jungkook’s face with suspicion. "What kind of work?"

Jungkook chuckled, trying to tease his way out of the situation. "Not your business!" he said, playfully tapping Jimin on the nose.

"Hyung..." Jimin whined, eager to know more. His curiosity was always hard to suppress.

But Jungkook wasn’t going to give in so easily. "Nope," he replied, pulling away from the hug and quickly making his way inside the house, a grin playing on his lips.

Jimin wasn’t about to let it go. He followed close behind, gripping Jungkook’s shirt as they walked through the door. "Kookie hyung, tell me!" His voice was full of playful persistence.

"Let’s go to the park!" Jungkook said, changing the subject with an excited smile.

"Our park?" Jimin’s eyes lit up at the mention of it. He hadn’t been to the park in ages, the place where so many of their shared memories lived.

"Yes. Jeon Jimin Park."

"I’m not a Jeon," Jimin retorted, half pouting.

"You’ll always be a Jeon. You’re my Jeon," Jungkook said with a smirk, his voice full of affection.

"Hyung..." Jimin muttered, his cheeks flushing slightly.

"Aish, why are you tearing up again? Hyung will make you happy today! Just tell me what you want, and I’ll be your genie," Jungkook said, trying to lighten the mood, his grin widening.

Jimin's frown faded, replaced by a small smile. "Really? You’ll fulfill my request?"

"Of course! Anything for my little Mochi," Jungkook replied, ruffling Jimin’s hair affectionately.
