My class ended well this morning. Nothing particularly occur other than the usual lecture and activities. I was about to go out when my classmate gave me a thick folder.

I could just make someone else do it for me since I wanted to spend my time in the library, but I wonder why it had to be me. Why would they approach someone who's practically deemed as an outcast in the campus?

She immediately turned her back at me so I was not able to complain. I walked on the middle of the covered court, not minding the heat of the sun embracing my skin and went immediately to the registration office which is about 30 meters away from the building I came from.

I know for a fact that this room is where people talked with higher authorities inside the campus and somehow, I got scared when I saw the girl cried.

"You're here. Pakilagay sa table 'yong mga files, please."

My eyes went to the faculty personnel who was typing on the keyboard and did not bother to throw me a glance. I put the thick folder on the desk she pointed. I was about to walk away when I thought they didn't need me anymore until she spoke to me again.

"Wait up there, Pristin. The president of the student council wants to talk to you."

What? I don't know why, but I kind of feel nervous this time. I stopped short while thinking what I might have done that caught the attention of the president. Did I do something wrong? That's usually what will come to our mind when someone from the student council asks for us, right?

My mind is still wandering about the intuition I'm feeling. Is it bad or not?

From there, I immediately saw the president surrounded with a cheerful aura.

The registration office is spacious so you still have to look around to find what you're looking for.

Okay, Was I supposed to smile back at her? I guess there is no need for that. She walked towards my direction while carrying a case. It looks heavy because of how bulky it is.

"I assume you already know me, but I would like to introduce myself again. I'm Heri Gascon, the president of the student council and from ABM 1-A class."

"Pristin Terany Laroza, STEM 1-A student."

She looks simple, but intimidating. Her skin looks flawless that I could immediately guess she is undeniably rich though her way of dressing is simpler than I expected. I guess she's trying to make people think she's in a lower profile, maybe she wanted to blend in with the students. I can also feel that her presence is shouting her authority despite the jolliness around her.

She sat on the seat in front of me and opened the case she was holding a while ago.

We have something going on this coming month and we will be welcoming some visitors in our university. Due to some unavoidable circumstances, the date is adjusted for the first week of the month."
