I don't know but, I think they splashed water towards each other that's why they got themselves wet.
They joined us here in the living room. Let me take you to our conversation a while back.
"Do you have any idea what kind of drug we'll be making?" Tanong ni Gastin sa amin ni Ereel while we're seated on the couch.
"According to the files that they gave me, they call this project Breinox, to prevent the new brain virus from spreading through our country. It will serve as a cure to the carriers to prevent the virus from attacking their brain system."
I showed them the files that Heri gave me when she was still convincing me to participate on the project. I was in the total opposite of the decision back then, but I agreed in the end.
"It's not only that. This virus, according to my researches, came from a certain experiment on the laboratory of the westerns. The one who discovered the virus isn't the one who performed the experiment but he was one of the scientist to observe the reaction of that. The real root or the scientist who proposed the experiment was the first one that died. Since then it was found to be void, so they had it abandoned. They locked away the dangerous experiment and threw the proposal away." Ereel said while looking at the files that I showed them.
"How did the virus spread then? Is it possible that one of the scientist who worked with the proposer carried the virus? Or the experiment was continued by other scientists who peeked a curiosity towards it?" Tanong ni Gastin.
Well, we don't know what really happened. But it's still a worth possibility to consider.
"We can consider that, but what we're going to focus now is the medicine that we'll be making. We just have to know more about how the virus works so we can have an idea to alter it." I said and they both nodded.
At ganoon nga ang nangyari kanina. Kisher and Dash also shared what they know about the spreading virus today.
"I heard that the virus is spreading in the near countries from the westerns. Maaaring ito ay makaabot dito anumang oras."
Dash showed the latest news in his phone.
"We don't need to rush. It takes time to complete the whole process of the project. It will end up being useless if we are pressuring ourselves to finish it as soon as possible."
I looked at Ereel as he stares into the document in front of us. He has a point. We don't need to rush. Kaysa naman kapag binilisan namin tapos mali-mali namam pala iyong magagawa.
Seriously, I had goosebumps. Is he a psychic?
"The BV-18 is said to show symptoms of headache, nausea, vomiting and fever. Iyan pa lang ang find-outs nila sa western. We don't know if it will show more symptoms that we aren't aware of. Hindi rin natin sigurado kung direct contact lang ito naipapasa. The dangerous one is when it becomes airborne."
Kisher raised her hand.
It was almost the same as the virus lurking today. Everything is critical.
