The cut on my arm made sleeping very difficult that night. It was on my left arm and I tend to roll over a lot in my sleep a lot. Every 5 minutes, I would roll over and an unbearable pain would shoot through the entire left side of my body. Tears would slip down my cheeks as I willed myself to ignore it and just fall asleep.
But I just couldn't.
I suddenly felt a very calming presence wash over me. It was as if someone had picked me up and was cradling me like a baby. I soon drifted off to sleep.
