~ The First Date ~
Today was finally the day when Wyatt would be taking me on our much-anticipated date. Since I didn't have work today, I finally slept in for once and it was nice not having to wake up so early.
I went downstairs to make myself some breakfast, deciding that I was going to have a relaxing day without doing much labor around the apartment.
I watched some TV, snuggled with a book on the couch, and other tasks to keep me busy throughout the day.
Alex helped me pick out the perfect dress for tonight which was a simple ruffle black dress. Alex mainly liked the dress because of the low cut area that exposed my cleavage more than I preferred.
I hopped in the shower and washed my hair deciding to let it air dry naturally and not fix it any further.
I applied some makeup doing the bare minimum like usual, put on my dress, sprayed on my favorite perfume, and took one last look at myself in the mirror.
Wyatt should be here in a few minutes and my nerves were starting to get the best of me.
The only text I received from Wyatt today was him asking for the address to the apartment and nothing more.
Alex made plans for tonight so it was just me and my nervous jitters waiting alone for Wyatt to arrive.
A few minutes later, I heard a loud knock come from the front door and I checked the time on my phone seeing that Wyatt was right on time.
I made my way to the door and opened it revealing the stunning attractiveness of Wyatt standing on the other side.
Wyatt was dressed in a simple white and black short sleeve shirt that hugged his muscles for dear life, while a pair of blue jeans covered his long legs.
His usual smirk adorned his lips as he took in my appearance looking rather pleased with what he saw.
"Hey," I said blushing looking down at the floor and then back up to Wyatt.
"Hello, gorgeous," he said and his simple choice of words made my cheeks flush even more.
"I have to grab my things and then we can leave. Come in," I said moving to the side allowing Wyatt access to step inside.
As he stepped inside my apartment, I could smell the pleasant scent of his cologne as he walked past me walking into the living room of my apartment.
Everything about Wyatt was overly intoxicating and I couldn't seem to get enough of him.
The way he walks with such poise and his dominating height, making him even more intimidating with the help of his bulky muscles and I can't forget about that damn smirk he had. Everything about Wyatt put together was like a masterpiece and a beautiful one at that.
I closed the door and walked into the kitchen to grab my purse and keys. I left a note on the counter telling Alex I left for my date and that I will be back later.
Alex was seeing a movie with one of her friends from work so I didn't want to text and disturb her during the movie.
"Ready to go?" I asked walking back into the living room noticing that Wyatt was investigating my small apartment, and his giant size making the living room appear smaller than usual.
"I like your place, it looks cozy," he said turning to face me fully.
"Thanks! Alex and I love our apartment," I said smiling at Wyatt.
Wyatt and I walked out of my apartment and made our way downstairs. My nerves have calmed down slightly but my heart was still beating heavily against my chest.
