And he left again , but not by choice but obligation . She tried to understand , she tried to not be selfish . But her selfish heart was hurting amd she knew he was hurting too . She tried to not tell him how she was feeling , but as soon as he asked , she told him everything . She told him how scared she was that after he left , he wouldn't come back . He spoke comforting words and she hoped that he would deal with his pain too .
So she let him go but she sat by the window each day , hopping he would walk through the gates and see that she had not broke her promise . She had been waiting for him , till the very end .
