"Did the books I send you, not provide entertainment?" You asked Loki.

Ever since his imprisonment you've been visiting him as much as you could. Each time bringing something for him.

"Is that how I'm supposed to while away in eternity, reading?" He shot back.

"I'm doing everything in my power to make you comfortable Loki," you told him.

Walking around the room he said, "Does Odin, Thor or Frigga share your concern. It must be so inconvenient, them asking about me each day and night."

"Loki you know it was your actions that brought you here, and your mother is forbidden to speak with you," you sternly told him.

"One, she's not my mother. Everything in my life is a lie. Second, I was merely giving truth to the lie I've been fed to my whole life. That I was born to be a king," he stated.

"And what of the lives you took on Midgard, do you honestly feel no shame in your actions?" You asked him.

He argued that Odin has taken more lives, to which you started to respond that his father was different, but you were cut off by him yelling.

"HE'S NOT MY FATHER!" He yelled at you.

"Then am I not your spouse?" You asked him sadly. You saw a hint of regret in his eyes but he stated no.

You smiled bitterly and placed a hand to his cheek, "Always so perceptive about everyone but yourself." He tried to touch you but your illusion faded away.

That was the last time Loki ever saw you. And his last words to you would haunt him for the rest of his life.
