"Not sure you understand the concept of a get away car Steve," you told him getting out of your car. He drove a car that looked like it belong in the 40's.
After Bucky, Steve and Sam espcaped the compound, you got a call from Steve. He asked you if you could bring their gear. You managed to get out without being seen. Now you were meeting up under a highway.
"It's a low profile," he defended.
"Good cause this stuff tends to draw attention", you said popping the trunk open. Inside was Sam's gear and Steve's shield, along with their uniforms, including one for Bucky.
"I owe you," Steve told you.
"Yeah, we'll add it to the tab," you told responded while admiring him.
"You know they're gonna come looking for you," he said worried.
"Don't worry about me I've got it covered," you told him reassuringly. "And for the record he tried to kill me," you said acknowledging Bucky.
"I'll add it to the tab," Steve joked which made you smile.
With a few more moments of just looking at each other, Steve brought you into a late but needing kiss.
"That was late," he mumbled which you agreed. Sadly, you had to go in order to escape the government. So you said your goodbyes and then drove off.
What you didn't know is that when Steve looked back to his car. Sam and Bucky were just nodding and smiling, which made him annoyed.
