"I don't believe we've been introduced yet. I'm Steve Rogers ma'am," Steve stated approaching you.
"Pleasure to meet you, I'm Y/N
L/N," you introduced shaking his hand.
"You amazed me when you debriefed about the Iridium," Steve complimented.
"Thank you, I know it must be hard for you right now, but if you ever need anything I'm your gal," you told him sincerely.
"I'll keep that in mind," Steve replied humbly. It didn't take long for the two of you to strike up a long conversation.
What the both of you didn't know, is that Tony saw the whole exchange.
Tony had a crush on you, not that he would admit that to anyone and ruin his ego, and seeing you and a man from the 40's hit it off ticked him.
He rolled his eyes, before turning around to make his way to his and Banner's lab.
