After the fight with Thor, Loki had fallen off the rainbow bridge. The only thing keeping him from falling into the abyss was his hold on Gungnir.
"I'm sorry darling, I could've done it Y/N, father, for all of us," he said sadly.
"No Loki," Odin whispered.
Hearing this, Loki gave a neutral expression.
"I love you Y/N," he said tearfully.
"I love you so so much Loki," you told him crying.
Then he let go, falling down into the darkess below.
The last thing he heard were your screams of despair.
