I received a large thump on my arm when we finally pulled up in my driveway.

"Ow! What was that for?"

"For nearly killing me."

"Oh shush, I wasn't that bad."

"At one point you were driving with your knees Lana. Your knees!"

"Who's this then?" I didn't flinch, I recognised Sasha's voice, but Del looked shocked as she watched me get out and hug Sasha.

"This is Del, my colleague, and Del this is Sasha, my roommate." Del looked more relaxed when I said roommate, which made me wonder if she thought me and Sasha were dating? Hell no, she was one of my best buddies.

"Hiya, nice to meet you," Del said sweetly, hopping out and waving at Sasha.

"Why's she here?"

"Sasha don't be rude to her, we're going clubbing tonight and I thought you two could bond over fashion or something but you already blew it."

"Nah I'm sure Del thinks I'm great don't you Del?" Sasha had a cheesy grin plastered on her face and Del laughed.

"Of course, can't wait to get to know you better."

"You see? You worry too much Lana, I'll make you alcoholics something to eat if you wanna get ready, do you want a lift back?"

"Yes please, Del, do you need one?"

"It's ok, my brother's out tonight as well and he'll just take me home with him, thanks though."

"No problem, now both of you help me choose an outfit, I need two opinions for maximum hotness." Sasha slapped my butt as she walked past me.

"You're already a 10/10 roomie, I'm sure Del would agree." Del took this advantage to copy Sasha, dragging out walking towards me. The stunned look on my face explained my feelings as she slapped my butt and agreed with Sasha, winking at me devilishly and following her into my room. My stomach dropped under her touch and I almost floated after her, like she'd put a spell on me. I sat on my bed, watching them switch on their fashionista sides together, professionally determining what would look good on me. It was satisfying, seeing Del in the zone, her eyes shone and when she concentrated, her mannerisms were faster and less laid back. Sasha decided on a short and tight leather skirt with some sleek black heels, and Del chose a dark red silky bodysuit with a small, chain necklace as her own little touch. The outfit looked stunning on me, hugging my hourglass figure in every way possible. Stacking my wrists and fingers with dainty gold jewellery, I sat down to do my makeup whilst Del was rifling through my closet behind me. She tried on a black cropped top with a dragon design, and I tried so hard not to watch her in the reflection in my mirror. A flash of lace and a twist of baby blue disappeared as she pulled the top over her chest, but it was enough to make me flustered. Her slender figure was incredibly alluring, and I kept stealing glances as I carefully lined my eyes with a wing.

"Do you think Sasha would let me borrow a skirt? yours barely cover my arse," she smirked.

"Of course, just go take one her room's next door, she won't mind." Her outfit ended up being pretty similar to mine, but a bit simpler. She chose a dark patent snakeskin style skirt, and was sat on my bed on her phone, eating a slice of pizza Sasha had made for us. I put on my red lipstick and turned around, trying not to admire her too obviously.

"Ready to go babes?" She looked up, mouth full of pizza and her eyes widened as she scanned me, top to bottom.

"Woah, you look insane," she breathed, standing up and walking towards me. Her height of course only made me more attracted to her, and I looked up nervously. She was smiling knowingly at me, aware of my feelings and wanted me to realise that. All I could do was brush past her, my sweet, syrupy scent lingering behind me.

"Jesus you two, talk about sexy." Sasha piped from the kitchen as we all made our way out to the car. Most of the journey was Sasha moaning that she wasn't free to come with us tonight since she needed to look after Matt's dog, he was on a date with Katya. As we pulled up, I realised we could hear the music all the way from the car. Well not so much hear it, more feel it, the bass was immense and my excitement levels arose. Even the outside looked expensive, with it's neon lights and dark colour scheme. I waved to Sasha as Del jumped the queue, gaining a number of protests from everyone apart from the bouncers. They let us straight in without paying, fist bumping Del and nodding at me on the way in.

"How do you know them then?" I asked, clasped onto her arm so as not to get lost in the sea of people.

"Miss Bardot owns this club."

I let go of her arm.

"What?"

Del laughed at my astonishment and took my hand.

"She owns a lot of things, why do you think she's so rich?" I felt myself heat up at the thought of bumping into her outside of work... but why would she be here? I brushed the thought aside and ordered a vodka coke at the bar, double shot. Del had 2 shots of tequila, and we sat down whilst she reminisced with the bartender.

"You know those shots had worms floating about in them right?"

She almost spat her drink out and I couldn't stop laughing at her reaction. I touched her arm which was resting on the bar.

"Tequila worms silly, surely you knew they were a thing?"

"What the fuck gross no!" She replied, coughing dramatically as the bartender came over again.

"Sergio you never told me about Tequila worms ew!"

He looked amused and responded, "that's because I thought you weren't thick Del, seems like your girlfriend here has more sense than you."

"Oh she's not my..."

He shut her off, grinning at me and pouring us 2 more shots.

"Could have fooled me," he cut in, flipping the bottle he was carrying expertly and walking away as Del eyed him evilly.

"Wanna dance?" I asked, pouring the burning liquid down my throat. I think the music and fluorescent lights were starting to have an effect on me. The atmosphere was hot and heavy, almost dreamlike and the lust between people here was undeniable. I was spellbound by the low thud of the music as she took me to the core of the dance floor, placing fast hands on my hips as we swayed in time to the music. She was looking at me like I was the most beautiful thing she had ever laid eyes on, and my excitement levels were forever increasing as the alcohol surged through my bloodstream. Our faces became closer and closer, noses almost touching. Taking one last look at her piercing light eyes, I closed mine and she leant in. Her lips were warm, and my hands started exploring her waistline unapologetically. I blocked out the hoots and the hollers around us, because the kiss felt so, so good. She tasted of spirits, and her tongue flicked into my mouth, causing me to moan slightly as I became more and more turned on by her. Her arms were wrapped over me, pulling me in closer and closer until...

"Delgarcie! What the fuck is this?"

I pulled away to see what the commotion was, but hesitantly. Who the on earth would interrupt something so intimate?

I caught sight of a tiny, glaring female.

Ah. Of course.

Alison.

How could I forget about Alison?
