Today was the day of our final exams. I stayed up all night studying some more until about three a.m. When I finally got some sleep. I also figured out some of the math that I was having trouble with. I woke up around seven to the smell of coffee.
When I have a stressful day ahead of me, my sister likes to make me coffee. This makes me more stressed out because coffee makes me want to go to the bathroom. So when I'm in the middle of my tests I'll have this overwhelming sensation to go to the bathroom. But my problem is, I can't resist coffee.
Anyways, I got all of my stuff ready and around seven-thirty I started my departure to a day full of hell. I heard from some other students that we might be fighting robots as they did in the entrance exams. But I got in through recommendations so I don't know. I could probably just disintegrate them or something like that.
I got to school early and went to my locker. I put my stuff away and headed for my classroom. The classroom slowly filled up with students and then eventually the tests were handed out.
When I got my test, I stared at it for a while. I just couldn't think of anything. I started thinking about what Bakugo was yelling at Kirishima and me about and it took a bit but I finally remembered.
I finished the test around the middle of the time. I used the rest of my time to take a quick nap and evaluate my life choices on why I should become a hero. So far, I could easily become a chef, or a lawyer or anything else. But I was already enrolled in this damn school.
After everyone finished we got prepared to take our physical final exams. The teachers explained to us what we have to do to pass. We basically are going to be paired up in teams of two and fight against the teachers. Which seemed easy enough, right?
Wrong. We met up in a different area outside the campus. Thankfully we got to change into our hero costumes. Maybe I could use my knife handling techniques for something useful?
Principal Nezu announced the teams, I was paired up with Jirou and we were going against Present Mic. Which was weird because my quirk is not similar to theirs. I walked over to Jirou and stood next to her. I haven't talked to her a lot. Frankly, I haven't talked to anyone a lot. I surprised they know my name.
Principal Nezu said that we will have thirty minutes and we either have to go to a finish line or we have to handcuff our teacher.
"Hey, wanna come up with a strategy?" I ask and I give her a warm smile.
"Y-yeah sure."
"It's kind of like combat training." I hear Kaminari say.
"Yeah, but your up against people waaaaayyyy better than you!" Present Mic states confidently.
"Better...than us?" Jirou says next to me. "I can't really imagine it...though." I fall to the ground from laughing so hard.
"Dummy! Hey, girl, watch your mouth! You hear?" Present Mic shouts back.
"It's funny cause it true!" I chuckle as I bring myself up from the ground.
Kirishima and Sato were going up first. Jirou and I went to go and come up with strategies on how to win against Present Mic.
"Maybe I could create a distraction and you go up behind and handcuff him," I suggest. "Or you could hold him down and I can handcuff him."
"He is going to use his voice a lot. Why do you suggest holding him down or immobilizing him?" She asks.
"Well, look at him," I picture Present Mic in my mind. "He's not a very strong-looking man."
"That's true."
