Fire in Her Eyes (Bakugo x OC)

Chapter 34

"Listen! You didn't rescue me, okay!" Katsuki shouted from beside me. "You all just happened to be an escape route!"

"Nice decision!" Kirishima shouted back even louder. 

We were still in the city right now. We were watching what was happening on a screen that was bolted into the side of one of the buildings in the square. There was a huge crowd around us. I got noticed some people gave us nervous glances and even some surprising ones. 

"I didn't want to get in All Might's way," Katsuki mutters under his breath. "And whatever the fuck this girl turned into." 

I gave them all an innocent look before turning back to the screen. Helicopters flew overhead us. Large black smoke came from the area that we were previously at. Another huge explosion erupted from that area. I was still holding onto Katsuki's hand. 

The blood had dried under my eyes and the scales that were once protruding out of my body had now gone back in. My wings were still out though. I could probably carry about three people maximum if I needed to. 

"This scene looks like it's straight out of a nightmare!" I heard the reporter say. "In an instant, half of Camino Ward is destroyed! Currently, All Might is fighting the villain though to be the ringleader!" 

I zoned out after that. They are still fighting? I wish I stayed so that I can help, but I know that I am no match for that one villain that All Might is fighting. Panic started to flood into my body. The Symbol of Peace looked like he was loosing! He is the No. 1 hero, we can't lose him. 

The camera zoomed in on the villain. His arms seemed to be growing in size. He raised his hand towards All Might. Red electricity surges started to move around his arm. It kind of looked like when Midoriya would use his power. A huge blast of air and whatever power that man had, went for All Might. All Might seemed distracted. 

The air blew around All Might as he stopped it with his fists. Another explosion came rippling through the area. This one I felt in my bones. Smoke surrounded everything and we couldn't see what was happening on the screen. I squeezed Katsuki's hand. Did All Might die? 

The smoke cleared and instead of a big and strong hero, there stood a skinny looking man. It was All Might! But skinny and weak looking. 

"All Might has deflated!" The reporter exclaimed. 

However, the Symbol of Peace was not gone. His signature look may have been, but not his spirit. The light started to surround All Might's body. His hair started to lift up above his body and eyes gave off a stunning glow. All for One and All Might stood there and kept talking. All Might's eyes started to get wide and his once confident smile dropped. He was shaking in his spot. All for one started poking at his face is an awkward way. It seemed like he was doing it a mocking way. 

"Win," I heard Katsuki mutter next to me. 

"Don't worry, heroes always win in the end, right?" I give him a small smile. I'm either giving him false hope or I'm fucking right. Either way, he returns my sentence with a weak smile. 

People all around me seemed to be commenting on what was happening. They sounded like they were losing hope. They shouldn't be, it's not over yet. All Might is still standing. 

I looked back at the screen and saw that power started to surge around All Might once again. His arm grew into a huge muscle as he rose it up. He was using every last power that he had. He started towards All For One. 

All For One raised up into the sky, challenging him. It didn't look like he was at his limit just yet. Power started to surge around All For One now, too. His arm grew bigger and bigger. He raised his hand in All Might's direction, getting ready for a huge blow. Fire came out of the side of the destroyed area. Endeavor came out and was preparing to help. Or steal the show.
