Quirk: Dragon Hybrid fused with Fire Manipulation

Appearance: Akira has long red hair and light blue eyes. Her most notable feature is her reddish-pinkish skin. When transforming into her Quirk she has big red dragon wings that protrude out of her back. She has scales that come out her wrists, thighs, shoulders, neck, and calves. Horns come out of her skull in awkward angles. She is average height with a somewhat muscular build. She can't gain a lot of weight because she won't be able to fly. She also suffers from osteoporosis. Which basically makes people's bones have holes in them and they break easily like that. Her's was bad but then she has started to eat less and that has heightened it quite a bit. 

Her villain costume is usually a halter top with a pair of sweatpants or leggings or most a lot of times when she knows that there will be a huge fight ahead, she will wear shorts. The shorts help her to prevent overheating, and if she 'goes psycho,' she won't rip her pants. Her physical Quirk is mainly her costume; that's why she doesn't have much. 

Personality: During her time at U.A she was shown to be a normal person, she wasn't loud and she wasn't quiet. She was shown to be intuitive, emotional, and sometimes comical. She was always very distant from the one's closets to her. She didn't seem to let them what she was thinking. A lot of the times she didn't like help, for example, at U.S.J she jumped right into action when she saw the villains. She acted as if she didn't need any help and that cost her almost her life. 

After siding with the villains, she started to become quiet and unemotional. Sometimes angry too. She still had a grudge against them for what they did. Although, she can be friendly and nice to some. She seems to prefer Compress, Toga, and Dabi over anyone else. 

Abilities: She hasn't had many large-scale attacks to show off, but the ones that she has shown have proven to be strong. She likes to keep the enemy a great deal away from her and have no else around. She tends to act alone in combat due to her Quirk. During her and Dabi's meeting with the thugs in the random alleyway, she showed how she can easily kill someone with her white flames. 

Quirk: Her Quirk is a mixture of three different Quirks. Her father had two Quirks and they fused with her mother's Quirk. Her dad had shapeshifting and fire manipulation. Her mother had the same Quirk as Ryuko (pro hero) which was a dragon. Her mother is able to transform into a huge dragon. Her father's shapeshifting Quirk fused with her mother's and made it so Akira can transform into a dragon hybrid. Her father's fire Quirk only resided from his hands but her Quirk resides everywhere in her body (including her ass, and yes I'll make her use it one day). 

Super Moves: 

-Fire Cage: She makes a circle of white flames appear around her enemy and then towers her flames over them and starts to push down on the flames. This ultimately traps her enemies in an uncomfortable kneeling position and so most of them won't be able to use their Quirks unless they want to get burned. 

-Pure Inferno: This is to take out her enemies all at once while also not taking out any unnecessary casualties. She uses this to kill and disintegrate her enemies. She uses her white flames for these. Like she only uses her white flames for anything. 

-Psycho Mode: When she gets really hungry and angry her eyes start to turn black and blood seeps out of them. She can't control her body and anyone she sees fit as an enemy will be killed. She either uses her flames to kill or she uses her claws and/or mouth to bite people. Her strength doubles up, normally she is very weak but during this state, she becomes a lot stronger. She can't control her body when she in this mode so if you are her enemy she won't hesitate to kill you.
