If you came with maps, you would still get lost in some. You would find some landmarks in them from where you would never return.

|Chapter thirty|

You know there are times when you feel like giving up. Not on life, but on your body.

You feel like it's done and you know it very well that you can't take it anymore.

And obviously, you regret going to a party and getting complete drunk over there and when you remember the embarrassing things you did is actually when you feel like your whole life is crashing down.

Yeah, got my point?

That's how I was feeling right now. I didn't know if it was possible but it felt like my body was trying to reject my very own soul.

I was awake, but because of the physical pain which I was facing right now wasn't letting me open my eyes and just let them shut.

Memories of last night came flooding down to me where I'll never forget throwing up on those beautiful flowers at two in the morning, mostly because Ashton took a video of me where I was keeping my hands over my knees and puking my guts out what was left of my dignity while Ryan held my hair back. I also threw up in the front seat of Aaron's car which was quite gross. His car was really nice and now it reeks of my insides.

I puked like so many times....Jesus!

And now this headache!!!!!

I slowly opened my eyes. The curtains were only half open but the light was flooding in. I brought my arm up and draped it over my eyes and groaned even louder.

"And sleeping beauty finally awakens." I heard someone said and when I turned around it was Aaron sitting on the other side of my bed scrolling through his phone.

"What are you doing here?" My voice came out to be groggy.

"Just came to see you."

He shuffled over to me a bit and handed me a glass of water.

"I believe you need it."

I groaned as I got up and sat straight.

"Thanks," I mumbled, my throat incredibly dry, "I'm so sorry about your car. I'll pay you for it."

He laughed. "No, it's fine. I already knew that was going to happen the second I finally wrestled you into my car after our fifteen minute argument."

"Ah shit," I groaned and slapped my forehead, "That's quite embarrassing."

"For you, it was. For me and almost half of the people over there, it was fucking hilarious." He grinned cheekily at me as I drank water and glared at him.

Ha, he finds my pain and my total humiliation so amusing. The audacity of him to laugh!

"You're lucky I'm too hungover to be angry at you right now." I breathed heavily and placed the glass beside the bed on the table.

He took his phone out and glanced at the screen. "2:54."

"What!?" My eyes widened as I ripped the covers off me and threw my legs over the side of the bed. "Cedric was supposed to be coming today from New York and I was going to meet him. Shit!"

"You're too hungover Grayson. All you are supposed to do right now is rest."

"Since when did you become such a doctor?"
