"Xiao zhan are you sure you can finish all this food"

I asked with uncertainty.

"Of course I can!" Xiao zhan started eating all of his food.

I started eating my bowl of noodles while watching Xiao zhan golf down his food.

Xiao zhan finished his food while I was drinking some water.

He patted his blown up stomach. He looked down and said.

"Ahhhh, that was a good meal" While rubbing his stomach.

'A meal?! That could last me for five days!' I thought. 'What are of monster are you?' I asked in my brain.

"What are we going to do now?" Xiao zhan asked. It looked like he wanted to play more but I was too tired. This is more work than actually going to work.

"I think it's time to go home"

"What no!"

" 'sigh' Why not," I asked.

"I want to see other things" Xiao zhan looked around the place.

"We can come back another day" I coaxed.

"But I want to stay"

"Alright, but only an hour" I gave in as it was Xiao zhans first time at a mall.

"Ok!" Xiao zhan jumped up.

Xiao zhan started dragging me everywhere he went.

We bought lots of things.

The bags were now doubled.

We were passing by the mini playground for kids. Xiao zhan looked curious. I kept walking. 

Xiao zhan started tugging my shirt. Pointing over to the playground.

"Can I go? Please~"

"Are you still a kid?"

"No" Xiao zhan looked down in disappointment. He took it too seriously, it wasn't meant to hurt him but it did.

I felt bad, my chest felt tight. Like someone was squeezing my heart.

"You can go"

"Huh?"

"You can go" I repeated, nudging his body forward.

"Really?"

"Hmm," I nodded.

Xiao zhan skipped to the playground.

The kids immediately surrounded him.

He started playing with them, he acted like a kid.

The sight was adorable.

A bunny hybrid dressed in baggy clothes.

Playing with kids while acting like one himself.

I'm happy that I didn't deny him.

The guards around me looked at me funny.

"Did something happen?" I stared back.

"Nothing boss,"

"It's not nothing, tell me!" 

"You were smiling"

"Huh?"

'I was?' 

It's been years since I had a genuine smile.

After I took over the company, I was stuck with piles of work.

I didn't have time for myself and often spend my free time on how to improve the company.

It was hard at first.

But I got used to the feeling of being lonely.

Now that I had Xiao zhan here.

My feelings were all jumbled up.

"Is it time to go yet?" A voice woke me up from my daydream.

"Huh?"

"My tummy hurts" Xiao zhan looked at his own stomach.

"I told you not to eat that much" I stood up and got ready to leave.

"You didn't tell me anything."

I looked away.

He was right I didn't tell him, whatever.
