Ako ang Iyong Tahanan (ON GOING)

Chapter II

I tried my best to fake a smile at everybody until Tita left, my face switched back to its worried form, "Me? You need me? Magkakalat lang ako 'no, I'll just ruin the whole thing. Thank you I appreciate it, but no, I'm not joining." 

I was about to head back to my room when I heard someone enter the front room.

"Alyx, join for me please," I did not proceed a step and faced them again. 

I saw a girl with brown, straight hair with side bangs standing at the front door. Wow, she asked me favor like we knew each other already for a long time, ha? Maybe she is Cara? She's a bit small than I expected.

She's really pretty, she has a dimple on her cheek and at the side of her lip. She's wearing make up but the beauty of her features are still visible.

From her classy and cute outfit, I can really tell she's Tita Vien's daughter. Tita loved to make me wear these types of clothing back then.

"Please, Alyx..." Cara just made the most persuasive face.

Maybe if I'll say yes I can somehow pay Tita back.

"Okay Cara..."  I sighed deeply and looked at her, "...but I think it'll take a lot of time to get all of the muscle memory back."

Cara immediately flashed a relieved face. I looked at the band and each of them showed different reactions. 

My ass was serious, it was really a long time since I last played. Even the last time a held a guitar was years ago. I had different priorities back at US.

"No biggie, we got a lot of time,"  the girl sitting at the sofa assured me. This girl had been smiling since I said 'okay.' Parang bang her whole life naghangad siya ng kapwa babaeng member.

She looks gorgeous but cool at the same time. The girl was wearing a white V-neck shirt and ripped jeans. She's also wearing a Gucci belt bag and Balenciaga Triple S Sneakers. I bet this girl is lowkey, but filthy rich.

Her morena skin is glowing though wala siyang make up. Her eyes are captivating, it's light brown. I don't know if it's just contacts or natural, but it suits her. Her eyeliner and contagious smile made her look prettier.

Her hair is long and has brown highlights. She's obviously well-maintained of her morena skin too like Cara. I felt like nao-op na ako, both of the girls here look gorgeous. While here I am, looking like a rooster with my red hair and acne.

"Welcome to the--- wait, may band name na ba?"  The guy with glasses asked. 

Him and the guy beside him has similar facial features, they actually look like twins.

The one who spoke looks so proper and formal, his look screams nerdy vibes. He's wearing glasses pero kitang-kita pa 'rin yung singkit niyang mata sa likod nito. His hair is in clean cut while the guy beside him is his total opposite. He got a hair longer than mine pero nakatali lang.

If I can compare 'Long Hair's' aura to someone, he's like Squidward because he was the only one not who doesn't look happy a while ago when I agreed joining. His face looks so bored. Also, his body is kind of more bulky than glasses boy, maybe he works out.

But putting all of those differences aside,  parehas silang may very singkiting mata, pointed na mukha, super haba ang eyelashes at matangos na ilong. They both have this rich-kids-but-down-to-earth vibes.

"Wala pa nga eh,"  long hair replied.

"Well, I guess I can help you come up with that!"  Cara suggested enthusiastically as she pulled me towards the sofa to sit with the band. I had no choice but to let her drag me.
