"That's enough," I flicked Cara's arm.

"Last na, lipstick na lang," she protested while she was applying a red lipstick on my upper lip.

I might hate what Cara is doing to me right now, but she's surprisingly doing a good job. Mukha akong tao ngayon. She smeared me the simplest looking shades, and it made me look cool rather than sultry. But it's still making me uncomfortable. I feel naked with the top I'm wearing right now and the makeup feels heavy.

"How's my creation?" Cara proudly presented my look to Sydney.

"Wow, who is this girl?" Sydney said while she looked at me from head to toe in surprise.

I bit my lip to stop myself from smiling.

After doing my makeup, Cara curled my shoulder-leveled brown hair.

"Sus, I look nothing compared to the both of you," I beamed at them.

Cara is wearing a black mini baby doll dress with her hair tied up. She paired her dress with black leather thigh-high boots. She's giving me Ariana Grande vibes. In fairness, it suits her. She looks cute and hot at same time.

We look like Charile's Angels right now because like Cara and I, Sydney is also wearing a black outfit. She's suited up with an asymmetric open-back lace silk dress. Sydney looks like she's breaking guys' hearts tonight, she is dressed to kill.

Cara flipped her ponytail, "Small things."

"I'm sure Xion would be there. Maglaway siya sa akin ngayon," Sydney laughed.

Cara and I approved.

"Yeah, make him see what he's been missing," I said.

I don't know if it was just me, but the guests' eyes were on us when we arrived at the event. As the anxious person that I am, I started feeling conscious about how I look. Their stares could only mean two things, my clothes are too revealing or we look too good.

The Watanabe's house was almost unrecognizable. The place was packed with college students. It was filled with decors and there are lights at almost every corner of the room. The kitchen was full of drinks and finger foods. They placed a mini stage on the court with a DJ playing. If you don't know that this is a birthday party, you'd really think that this is a rave. The event organizer really did a good job in transforming this place.

I started hyperventilating when we proceeded outside the sliding door. This is what I hate most about parties, 'yung gitgitan and loud noises.

"Guys, I'm just going to stay at the kitchen," I said as I catch for my breath.

I tried to scan around to find Sydney, but she is already gone. I can't see her dahil sa kapal ng tao sa court.

"What? 'Di kita marinig, the music and the crowd is too loud," Cara pointed her ear.

"I'll get inside, I don't feel like staying here," I raised my voice.

"Are you sure? 'Di ka ba nag-eenjoy dito?" Cara asked.

"Not at all, I'm starting to feel dizzy," I sighed.

"Okay then, call me nalang if you need me," Cara said as she started jumping along with the crowd.

I nodded and left the congested court. I headed to the kitchen and sat at one of the high stools. There'a still a lot of people inside, but there's more air here than the outside.
