Mikutori had enjoyed her two days off, she trained her body, threw knives at her dart board with maybe a bit too much gusto, and played song after song on her keyboard. Playing piano always helped her when stressed, being able to lose herself in the music, singing softly along with the words.
Mikutori was severely disappointed when she stepped outside to go to school the following day to see it was raining.
While, luckily, it was not thunder storming, it was still raining heavily, and Mikutori walked to school, quite grumpy. She didn't like rain, and it made her feathers water-logged. She had a light blue umbrella opened over her, sunglasses propped on top of her head.
She remained this way into the classroom, slamming the door open, the students of her class snapping to look at her mostly-rain-soaked uniform.
"Ooh...Kumosora looks mad," Kaminari teased, figuratively poking the lion. Mikutori growled at him, her glare deadly. She was not in a joking mood, but when was she ever up to joking around with others like it was nothing?
"Of course I'm mad, I hate the rain, it makes my feathers all waterlogged," she growled out, fists clenching at her sides.
"What'd you do? Walk all the way to school?" Kirishima asked curiously. Mikutori scoffed incredulously at that.
"Yes," she grumbled.
That was not the answer they were expecting, so the portion of class in the conversation were left speechless. Most of them took a train or some other form of transportation.
And with that, Mikutori had enough of talking, and started walking to her desk in the back of the room, grumbling all the way. She sat down in her seat roughly, feet immediately propping themselves up on the desk, arms crossed over her chest. Her sunglasses were still perched on top of her head, even if she did not use them yet this morning, water droplets covering the tinted glass. It was habit, she never went anywhere without them.
A few students watched her movements before chuckling lightly and returning to their previous conversations.
The rest of the class soon filed in, talking about being noticed over the past few days. And it was true, almost every time Mikutori left the house over the past two days, she was almost immediately recognized for her agility in the obstacle race, along with the battle with Tokoyami. Let's just say Mikutori was much more content with people recognizing her for her agility and feather-throwing, instead of being thrown around like a ragdoll and being 'evil'.
Aizawa soon opened the door, and Mikutori took her feet from her table almost immediately. Too much shit had happened to their teacher for her to be disrespectful. Over the past few weeks she had really started to respect the pro-hero, which surprised Mikutori herself, as she didn't like any heroes, really.
Asui was quick to point out Aizawa's lack of bandages, and Mikutori almost smiled at the appearance of the tired-looking teacher's face.
"Anyway," Aizawa moved the topic away from his health, "we have a big class today on Hero Informatics."
The whole class got very serious, and Mikutori liked the sound of it, more information for her to use in the future.
"You need codenames. Time to pick your hero identities."
