Tumagal ng ilang minuto ang katahimikan at rinig na rinig ko ang malakas na tibok ng aking puso. Ano ba talaga kasi ang nangyayari?

Naramdaman kong inuupo ako ng kung sino mang may hawak sa akin ngayon. At nang magtagumpay siya sa ginagawa niya ay tinanggal niya ang panyo na nakatakip sa mga mata ko at sumalubong sa akin ang dilim ng paligid.

Nagitla naman ako nang biglang may liwanag na ikinasilaw ng mga mata ko kaya napapikit ako dahil dito. Ngunit agad din napamulat ang mga mata ko nang marinig ang biglaang pagplay ng music.

Nanlaki naman ang mga mata ko sa nasasaksihan ko ngayon. What the heck is happening? And Josh... Seriously? Is this his surprise for me? Gosh i don't know how to react and what to feel.

While singing those lyrics ay naglalakad ng mabagal papunta sa akin at medyo umiindak-indak pa. Titig na titig siya sa mga mata ko kaya bigla akong namula at iniwas ang tingin sa kaniya. Hinawakan niya naman ang pisngi ko at hinarap sa kanya kaya muling nagsalubong ang aming mga mata. He offer his hands to me kaya napatingin ako doon. Di naman ako nagdalawang isip na tanggapin yun. Napangiti naman siya sa naging tugon ko.

Naging mahigpit naman ang hawak niya sa kamay ko at dinala niya ito sa may dibdib niya kung nasaan ang kanyang puso. At ang kinakanta niya ay para bang sinasabi niya talaga sa akin kaya di ko maiwasang kiligin.

Dahan-dahan naman akong tumango sa kanya.

"Yes, Josh. I'll marry you." I answered. Nakita ko naman ang pagngiti niya dahil sa sagot ko. Tumayo na siya at agad akong niyakap ng mahigpit.

"I love you so much, Mint. Thank you for saying yes. I know this is too early for me to ask but i just want an assurance that you'll be mine forever. Hindi ko naman mamadaliin ang pagpakasal natin but if you want to i will gladly do it right away." He said. I hug him back. I suddenly chuckle.

"I love you too, Josh. Always and forever." I sweetly said.

That's precisely what I plan to do, baby..." He sweetly whisper to my ear and then he kiss me passionately and i gladly respond to that.

Narinig naman namin ang palakpakan ng mga tao. Pinalibot ko naman ang mga mata ko at nakita ko si Mom na umiiyak habang nakatingin sa akin. My Dad is hugging my mom from her back at nakangiti itong nakatingin sa akin and i smile at him back. I know they're just happy for me and it melts my heart.

This is one of the most happiest memory that i will treasure for a lifetime.

What can i say?

Being too good leads me in a bad way, but being bad leads me in a good way. But in moderation.

People make their choices when their mad, depress or stress and that also includes love.

But you know what's the lesson i learned?

In order to be loved and accept by people around you is you need to be pretty.

But being pretty isn't everything. We attracts by looks but we fall for the attitude.

Wala namang masama maging mabait, ang masama lang ay ang pag abuso nito. That leads us in pain.

We all feel pain and rejection in our lives but that doesn't mean it's the end of it. Ourself can make it change and no one else. You've just got to believe that you can do it.

If you win then outburst your happiness, but if you lose simply accept it. Embrace your flaws 'cause nobody's perfect.

And I, myself, proud that i lose in this game. I failed my mission as girlfriend wanna be but i'm very happy that i found my happy ending.

I'm Avrei Mint Gomez-Hernandez and now, i'm not just her girlfriend. I'm his fiancèe and soon to be wife.
