Monica high school
It was the day which all of the students in
Monica high school was waiting for, “visiting
Day”. She was sitting on the floor in a corner
Close to her bed, she can’t believe that the
Principal just called her to inform her that
Mommy and daddy are not coming today,
She knew her twin was okay with it but
She was not. Ya Allah, how can they do this
to me, she thought.
"BJ!BJ!!" She heard her best friend, Maryam
Calling her. "What is the problem Maryam why
are you shouting ." Maryam looked at her best friend
trying to understand what is wrong with her.
"Are you okay BJ , you don’t look good, what is the
problem."
"Ahh Maryam can you believe that Mommy
Is not coming,"she said.
"Ohhhh come on Bahijah Sulieman,
don't tell me you are sad because of that, you have me
right and mus'ab is not sad."
" Well that’s because he’s
a boy" Bahijah said looking at her at her so excited friend.
"Well don’t worry Maryam said ya Abdulaziz is coming,
Remember I told you he is handling some business with his
Best friend in Lagos. So what if we don’t see our parents,
that doesn’t stop us from enjoying ourselves right."
Bahijah looked at her "maybe you are right."
"You see that's more like my best friend , now get up and get
ready and please don’t cry" Maryam said. Dusting her cloth , she stood up and when to the bathroom
to take her bath.
Lekki
He was sitting on the couch, looking at his best friend
Who was busy flirting with one of his girlfriends on
the phone. He always wonders how Abdulaziz and
Khalid do this , he just doesn’t see himself flirting
And talking with a girl like that. "Abdul wai baza kayi
sauri ba. I hope you still remember that we have to go to maryam's school ko…"
"kai maza, my problem with you
is that you are always in a hurry, let me finish with what am doing and besides we are not late. Kai ka
sani," he said looking at him. He was wearing a black
Kaftan, black is his favorite colour.
