Chapter 19

*Ari'sPOV*
I saw Brina with red eyes and a stuffy nose.

"What's wrong?" I hugged her.

"It's Sam." She choked out.

I stopped breathing and let go of Brina, "W-what?"

"He got into a accident." I saw spots, I wasn't breathing.

I sucked in more air,"Where is he?"

"Mercy."

I grabbed my keys and phone. We ran to my car and drove to Mercy.

I parked my car and got out. We ran in and asked the lady at the desk where Sam was.

"ER." She replied looking worryingly at me.

We arrived at the waiting room and found everyone. Kian, Ricky, Trevor, Jc, Connor, Levi and the rest of his family. Sam's mom stood up and hugged me, she was crying into my shoulder. I patted her back reassuringly.

"Lesley Pottorff?" The doctor asked.

She let go and walked over to the doctor. They spoke in hushed tones, Lesley started tearing up a little and smiled, nodding her head.

"Ari?" I stood up and walked over to the doctor.

"Sam has been asking to see you, is that ok?" I nodded.

I was still angry about the whole Ashton thing but Sam's hurt and he's my boyfriend.

My breathing hitched and I let out a little sob. He had a neck brace on, there was a cast going around his chest, his leg was sitting in a cast and his arm was in a cast. Sam's under eyes were bruised and his cheek was swelled up.

"Hey." I said plainly.

"I'm sorry." He tried looking away but didn't succeed because of his neck brace.

I laughed lightly, "Its ok idiot."

I pecked his cheek, "How'd this happen?"

"Well, after you went to your room I went somewhere and after, I sped off. I went into a intersection and got T-boned." He tried moving his leg a little then gasped in pain.

I hugged him lightly and kissed him.

"So where'd you go?" I sat in a chair on the side of the bed.

"No where." His eyes darted away from me.

"Sam, where did you go?" I gave him a skeptical look.

"IwenttoBriannashouseandkissedherbutileftknowingitwasntright." He squeezed his eyes shut.

"You what?!" I stood up, knocking the chair to the ground.

"Samuel John Pottorff, does this mean anything to you?!" I screamed, making him wince.

"Ari I-" I cut him off and stormed out.

*Kian'sPOV*
Brina left just as Ari came out crying, she ran down the hall. We all looked down the hall.

"I'll see what's goin on." I jogged down the hall.

I heard sobbing and saw Ari sitting in a corner.

"Hey what's wrong?" I squatted down and stroked her hair.

"S-Sam." She hugged me.

"He cheated on me with Brianna." She was hanging onto my hoodie.

"What?!" I stand up, dragging Ari up also.

She let go and stood up straight.

"When was this?" I calmed down.

"Today." A fresh wave of sobs took her over.

I hugged her tightly.

"Come on." I put my hand on the small of her back and guided her back to the waiting room.

I grabbed her stuff and mine and lead her out of the hospital.

"Kian?" She had stopped walking and was a few feet away.

"Ya?" I walked back to her.

"Where are we going?" She looked up at me.

"I'm taking you home." I put my arm around her and lead her to my car.

We got in and buckled up. The whole ride was silent except for a few sobs here and there.

"Here." I got out and opened the door for her.

I walked her upstairs to make sure she didn't go to the roof. She got out her keys and unlocked the door. Brina was passed out on the couch with The Vampire Diaries on.

"Ugh." She turned the TV off.

"Wake up fatass!" She chucked a pillow at Brinas head.

"What the?" She saw Ari and groaned.

"What." She said closing her eyes once more.

"Stop leaving the fucking TV on." She said and walked over to where I was.

"Sorry." She said smoothing her hair.

"That's ok." I said hugging her.

I was about let go when...
