My hands were bright red and bruised from banging on the glass so much. It was useless. What was the point? Just when I thought that Ryan would be sweet and loving to me that he was actually a cold-hearted bastard. I smirked, thinking that this was legitimately a scene from Frozen. I was Anna and he was Hans.
My wolf stirred and I gasped when I felt her presence. "Clove? Clove are you there?"
"Yeah...I just feel something..."
"Really? What?"
"I don't know just yet. But you are a princess, soon to be Queen. You are a freaking goddess Mallory. Don't ever forget that. You have gotten yourself and others out of situations, like when you saved Mila. You can do whatever you put your mind to." I could feel her slowly drifting off. "Babe, you know it..."
My lips curved into a smile and I laughed. Dang right she was! I was Meridin Ophelia Delia Larissa, the Second Moon of the Night. It was even crazy how I was able to remember all that. My eyes flickered towards the huge electronic timer board that was on the wall. One hour and thirty minutes.
I looked above me to where the cap was on the big sand bottle. Knowing Alpha Isla, she was sure to be having a plan. Maybe they were on their way now! First I would have to figure out how to not drown in sand. Then it clicked. It wasn't about avoiding the sand. It was about being the sand.

Jennalyn stood on top of the podium, looking down at the masses of wolves that were growling and pawing the ground. Their canines bared and yellow eyes gleamed, not at all liking the idea of their goddess and Beta gone. She glanced at Alpha Isla who slightly nodded, encouraging her.
"Wolves! Get yourselves ready because you are sure as heck are not going to be going easy on this attack! Fight for your Second Moon, for the Princess of the Night, for your Beta! If we do this together, we for sure can overcome this!
By the sword I'm holding, I swear that we can defeat dark magic! ARE YOU READY?!" She yelled, holding up the sword that only had the sun mark on the handle. The wolves howled and yipped, agreeing.
It saddened Isla that it wasn't the wolf inside the sun. It was as if they were both being ripped apart again. They would be enemies once more. She shook her head and patted her cheeks, shaking it off. No, they would be together. West would get it. Ryan would get it. Being combined was their destiny.
Isla stood on the stage and held up her hands, quieting the crowd down. "I know, you may seem broken by the half that has left you and that has sworn to stay by your side. Do not worry. All halves are sewed together again. I am sad just as you are.
Remember though, do not bring harm to your Alpha because he is still part of you now. Save Mallory, get rid of the magic. Your council will take care of Alpha West and Delta Ryan. Thank you." She smiled at them as they howled and got off.
"A battle already and it's only been like three months. We will never get peace will we?" Felicia asked.
"Nope. Shift." Isla responded and she felt her bones shifting into her lovely auburn wolf. They started to run, leading the masses of wolves to the end of the valley. Their light was coming to fill the darkness.
