Flight MG-006: About us

I just got out of our room after class when I received a reply from Mason's secretary regarding the sponsorship using the Mile High's e-mail address. The request has already been approved just a few hours after I sent the letter. Attached to her e-mail was the Memorandum of Agreement.

I was stunned after reading the MOA. I didn't expect that they would shoulder all the expenses for hiring Lux. They are also sending catering services for the whole school during the party. And they are giving us twenty deluxe room vouchers at Thorns Hotel.

And in exchange, we just have to promote Thorns Hotel during the event.

He didn't ask us to promote Mile High Club knowing that the audiences are college students and highschoolers.

To say that I was amazed was an understatement.

Mason was not just attentive. He was also considerate.

Sumakay kami nila Gia sa elevator when I grabbed my phone and called Mason.

"Hey, I received the response already. I just want to say thank you."

"How was it?" He asked. His voice sounded like he was in a close-spaced area.

"It was really great, and a bit too much! Hindi ka ba malulugi don?"

I heard him laugh a little. "No, it's all good. Anything for you, Gabby."

"Hala ka I'm so kilig. Talagang pinangatawanan mo yung sinabi mo na you can be a sugar daddy, ah." She gave an eyeroll before smiling. At may isa pa akong kaklase na parang inis ang tingin sa'kin.

It's not my fault if she heard our conversation. Let them think whatever they want to think. I have my own life to live, and I don't have to apologize for the things I say especially if it doesn't affect anyone.

"Whatever you need, just tell me, okay?" Sabi ni Mason.

"You." I bit my lip, waiting for his response.

"You're what I need, too."

"Sayong sayo na nga ako, e."

"Say that when you're in front of me."

Ngumiti ako at na-excite bigla.

Magkikita na naman kami.

"Sure. When are you free?"

"Tomorrow? Lunch?" Sagot niya.

"Okay, I'll pick you up?" Tanong ko.

Natawa siya ng malakas bago sumagot. "That was supposed to be my line, Gabby. Where should I pick you up tomorrow?" He asked.

"Sa school lang ako. I have a class until twelve noon lang then free na ako for the rest of the day."

"I'll pick you up around twelve."

I heard my classmate whispered "malandi" pagkalabas niya. Gia was about to pull her back, ready to fight, but I grabbed her arm to stop her.

Wala sigurong love life 'yon. Kawawa naman.

"Where are you right now? Bakit parang may echo yung voice mo?"

"I'm in a cockpit of the plane, waiting for my flight."

"Omg. Where to? Have a safe flight!"

"Just a domestic one. To Cebu. And thank you."
