"Good morning passengers. This your Captain Madrigal speaking. First, I would like to welcome everyone onboard flight M560. Our flight time today will be 6 hours and 30 minutes and our estimated time of arrival in Los Angeles, California is 3:30PM local time. The weather in our route is good and according to the weather forecast it will be sunny when we arrive. We remind you that if you need special attention, our crew is ready to assist you. Latest weather update at our destination will be given as we approach Los Angeles, California. Enjoy your flight. And thank you for choosing Manila Airways. Alpas, Pilipinas. Maraming salamat." I announced as I clicked the PA button to address the cabin before contacting the Ground Control.

"We're on ground. This is Orient seven five zero zero at Sierra eight requesting taxi for northwest departure." I said as I called the Ground, preparing for taxi.

The Ground gave us instructions to follow and cleared us for taxi.

I repeated what the Ground said for confirmation and completed my run up on the runway access point.

"Ground, this is Orient seven five zero zero, run up is complete." I said.

I listened to their instructions before I confirmed.

Ground: [Orient seven five zero zero taxiing to Delta, Delta four. Hold short of Alpha. Cleared to cross runway three four.]

"Taxiing for Delta to Delta four, three four left. Hold short of Alpha. Crossing runway three four. Five zero zero." Now that I have completed the run up and made it to the runway, I changed the radio frequency to contact the Tower for the next transmission so we could be cleared for take off.

"ATC, this is Orient seven five zero zero holding short of three four left, ready for departure."

Tower: [Orient seven five zero zero hold short three four left.]

"Holding short three four left. Five zero zero." I repeated.

Tower: [Five zero zero, fly straight out to three four left. Cleared for take off.]

"Cleared for take off on three four left flying straight out." I confirmed.

I clicked the PA button again. "We are about to take off and is expected to be on air in two minutes. Flight attendants, prepare for take off please." I announced.

I began our ascent on the runway and took off until we reached the cruising altitude, and as usual it went smoothly as expected.

"Nice take off, Cap." Corbyn said beside me. He was here as my co-pilot today even though he's already a captain too. This dimwit always liked to bother me on my flights. Why does his father even let him take control of schedules?

"17 hours lay over natin 'no, tapos Manila na? Ang tagal non! Madami dami magagawa natin in LA, bro." Tanong niya.

"Hindi pa nga tayo nakakalayo, layover agad iniisip mo. Go fix the controls, I see a flock of birds coming our way."

"Masyado naman seryoso, hanapan kita ng chix mamaya, 'wag ka magalala." Sabi niya pero sinunod din ang utos ko.

"Ayokong lumabas ng hotel. Gusto kong magpahinga."

"Bro, what is LA without booze and girls?"

"Girls? Do you wanna get your balls cut off? Because I'd gladly send your girlfriend a picture of you having fun with booze and girls in LA."

"Hoy, gago, Cap! 'Wag ganon! Hindi naman para sa'kin 'yung hahanapin kong babae, para sa'yo 'yon! Baka pagbalik ko ng Manila may court trial nang naghihintay sa'kin. Lord, forgive my sins, I'm loyal to Atty. Hermosa the soon to be Mrs. Ayala."
