I sat over my bed, watching the woman I love sleep peacefully on her stomach wearing nothing but a diamond ring on her left ring finger. Smiling with content and happiness, I traced her skin, drawing small circles on her back as I tried to wake her up. I leaned in and pressed a kiss on her forehead. "Wake up, baby." I whispered softly.

She shifted a little, shying away from my touch. "Go away." She said sleepily as she pulled back the covers over her head.

"May pasok ka pa ngayon. You have to wake up now, it's already 6:30 in the morning and you're going to be late 'pag di ka pa kumilos." I gently removed the blanket and carried her sleeping ass in the bathroom. She wrapped her arms around me, nuzzling my neck groggily. I dropped her on the bath tub and switched on the shower carefully so I wouldn't get wet.

"Oh, my gosh! I hate you!" She squealed when the cold water hit her, waking her up instantly. She tried splashing me with water but I dodged and hopped out of the tub.

I grinned when she glared at me. "Go, wash yourself, I'm going to cook breakfast so you could eat before you leave for work." I said.

Her eyes were shooting daggers at me. "Remind me again why the hell I said yes last night?" She asked rhetorically.

"Because you love me and you couldn't live without me?"

She made a face. "Do I have to endure this every morning for the rest of my life?"

I shrugged, bitting the insides of my cheek as I smirked. "Maybe."

She rolled eyes, switching the running water to warm. "Whatever. Wala ka bang pasok ngayon?"

I shook my head. "Wala, I'm on a one month leave."

"Really?" Her eyes widened as I watched her wash herself.

My eyes went down on her body, lingering on her naked chest.

"My eyes are up here, pervert." She said as she pointed her fingers on her eyes.

I grinned. "Sorry, your body's distracting but yup, I'm free for the next thirty days so I'm all yours."

She gave me an excited smile, wheels turning in her head as she thought of the things we could do. I knew, because I could read her perfectly well.

"Let's visit Scarlet's grave tomorrow, okay?" She said, smiling at me sadly.

"Of course." I leaned in and pressed a quick kiss on her lips.

Bumaba na ako sa kusina para magluto. I didn't have any helpers in my house because I didn't need them. I was living alone and I could do most of the work.

But things were about to change now that Gabby has finally accepted my proposal.

She didn't like eating rice in the morning so I made french toasts and fried some eggs and bacons. I was pouring coffee on a cup when Gabby suddenly ran down stairs with her hair still wet. She's wearing a two piece nude-colored suit.

"Oh, my gosh! Late na nga ako!" She said as she took the coffee cup on the table and drank it like it wasn't hot.

"Careful, mainit pa 'yan." I cautioned.

She wiped her mouth after she gulped the whole content of the cup in just one go. "Sanay na ako, this is my battery juice in the morning. Kanino pala 'yung mga damit sa closet mo? I used it." Sabi niya at tinuro niya ang suot niyang damit ngayon.

I leaned on the counter, drinking coffee as I stared at her. "Those are yours."

Her brows furrowed. "Those aren't mine. I don't remember owning this dress. Siguro may ka-live in ka before 'no?"
