Let's do the math real quick.

You have a chapter that has 800 reads, 120 votes and 75 comments. This means 680 readers didn't vote. If all 120 of them commented then you would've had and even amount but that's not the case. 120 - 75 is 45.
You're left with 45 people who did both voting and commenting. 680 that did nothing at all.

That's definitely a determination killer. My math might be off but you get the gist!

The big question is, who are the 686?
