The ones who aren't shit.

If you're this type of designer, reading this will definitely upset you but alas, it is the truth.

Excuse my french but these guys aren't shit at all. They make their book over the top, fill it with all those fancy hearts and quotes. The cover of their book is absolutely beautiful.

i.e

I make the best covers you'll ever get. Don't be afraid to request. I'm never busy and I'm sure I can meet up to your expectations.

Fin.

But then when you open the book and go the section where you pick the type of style you're looking for, you're greeted with terrible fonts, ugly styles, objects in places that they shouldn't be and the worst part is that the cover that's made for their book was actually what they requested from another cover shop.

It bothers me. If I were a designer I'd ask these people what their deal is. If your so good like you say you are, why not make your own cover?
