Chapter one

*beep beep*

I sit up and stretch I get up and decide to go shower I start the water and get in I start to wash you are probably wondering who I am well I'm Tessa Stuart my sister is Katrina Stuart and well we are daughters of a gang leader the most wanted person in the world well second the first is our rival gang the devils we are the black angels and we kinda had to get new identities my dad decide to go to producing which mean he's gone a lot our mother was a artist of his until well last summer she died it's been hard but we've been pulling through and my sister she's released some songs produced by me I sing too I helped her write some of the lyrics anyway let's get back to whatever I was saying we have been running and hiding just to get away from the devils the leader Ryder he wants us gone for some stupid reason once we finally got settled into our hometown LA we need to move one I want to move on but that's kinda impossible when your being hunted so I guess let's get to going shall we.

I finish washing I turn the water off and get out I wrap a towel around me and go to my closet I pick out white ripped jeans and a cropped sweater I put on a bra and underwear then my outfit (up top) I then go back to my bathroom and I blow dry and I decide to curl it I then do my make up after I am done with my hair I finish my make up I go and put on a Gucci belt I don't tuck in my shirt I then put on my black vans I cuff my jeans a little I then grad my phone and head downstairs.

"Heyyy" Kat says as I walk in the kitchen "hey" I say I fix me a cup of coffee "so dad still not back" I say she shakes her head "no" she says my phone goes off I look and see it's Brennen again he's my guy best friend ever since I've been on the run he's apart of the gang he held the fort down here along with Cole, Tyler, Noah, and Carson the last time I left I didn't say goodbye so therefore I basically left without saying a word "you still dodging him" she says I look at her "what no" I say and take a sip I set the cup down "you are too why" she says I look at her she's giving me this look like go on "I don't know the last time we left I didn't say anything" I say "your scared he might hate you" she says I look away "maybe I don't know" I say and look at her "Just talk to him you will never know until you talk we've been back home for a week today is our first day back at school" she says I smile a little "your right I'll talk to him plus what could happen" I say she comes and hugs me I hug back "I love you Tess" she says "I love you too" I say as we pull away "now about that guy" I say she rolls her eyes "his name is sam" she says I drink my coffee as she tells me about him "we are going to be late if we don't go" I say as I finish she nods agreeing "oh about Sam he's kinda apart of the devils" she says I look at her as I grab my keys "are you happy with him" I say she nods "Ok as long as your happy I'm happy" I say she smiles "ok" she says we get in our cars and head to school.

We pull into the parking lot we park we get out and go in "oh my god" I hear someone say as she runs and hugs me tightly "Hi" I say as we pull away "why didn't you tell me you guys were back" she says as she hugs Kat "no one knows" Kat says she looks between us "seriously not even Brennen" she says I look away not saying anything "he hasn't shut up about you especially you" she says I look at her "just don't say anything please" I say practically begging her as I close my locker they both look behind me "wha—" I say as I turn around but I stop as I look at the person coming this way he doesn't notice me yet Brennen me and Tyler make eye contact I shake my head Brennen then looks we make eye contact he turns the other way "so your back" Carson says I don't say anything "ya we are surprise" Kat says I look at them "how long are you here" Tyler says I look at him "we aren't leaving we're done running" I say they look at us confused "hey can you explain to them I'm going to go find Brennen" I say as I start walking off "ya sure" she says looking at me I nod "hey try the roof" Tyler says I go up to the roof our old hanging place we used to come up here just cause I go up and walk to stand beside him we are quiet for awhile "I still remember the last night we were together" he says I look at him "we were happy you were happy but the next day you didn't come to school a week went by and you still didn't show up" he says I look away "I was starting to get worried until your dad called and told me you weren't coming back It" he says and looks at me "I was hurt that I had to hear it from your dad your dad I was hoping it would be from you but it never happened" he says and looks away I look out at the view "I'm sorry I wanted to call but I couldn't risk it we couldn't risk it" I say he shakes his head "did you know" he says I look at him "that night we found out that they knew where we were I didn't want to tell you because I knew you would try to get me to stay" I say he looks at me like I'm crazy "of course I would of Tess I couldn't bare the thought that you left without even a goodbye" he says I look away "I just wanted to have one night without worries or without looking over my shoulder that last night I was finally happy again even when I knew I would half to leave" I say he looks at me I look at him "even though in the end I was the one leaving knowing I would hurt you and everyone else I couldn't bare the thought of a goodbye especially to you" I say "te—" he starts to say "we've had to say goodbye so many times not know when I'll be back you are my best friend and you always will be" I say "just stop talking" he says as he hugs me I hug back "I'm not mad I'm just glad your back" he says I pull away "we should probably get to class" he says I nod "ya we probably should" I say we go and start walking to class "so now that your back and we are besties again" he says I cringe "don't say that" I say he chuckles "fine" he says I roll my eyes we walk in and sit down.
