Chapter fourty one

I wake up and look around I'm in the hospital I look and see Kat "Kat" I say she wakes up "Your Up" she says and looks at me "I seen them" I say she looks at me confused "mom and dad" I say she starts to tear up "there proud of us they said they will always be watching us and they will always be listening" I say she nods "I'm sorry" she says I look at her confused "for everything I was hurting and I took it out all on you" she says I grab her hand in mine "it's ok I forgive you" I say she nods "I'll go get Colby" she says I nod "ya ok" I say she leaves and Brennen comes in "hey" he says I look at him "hey" I say he comes and sits "how are you feeling" he says "sore" I say he chuckles "I thought I lost you Tessa I really did I heard the machine go flat lined and I thought I lost my best friend from day one I thought I was going to half to live the rest of my life without" he says I look at him "don't cry your going to make me cry" I say he looks at me "you are a sister to me you are my family" he says I open my arms "come here" I say he comes and lays next to me "as soon as I'm out of here wanna go back to old times" I say he looks up at me "of course" he says I nod "even though I'm going to beat your ass" I say he gives me this look "no I don't think so I'm the best racer there is" he says I shake my head "no I don't think so" I say he rolls his eyes soon Colby comes in "I'll give you two a minute" Brennen says he gets up and leaves he closes the door Colby looks at me I look at him "don't even talk" I say I pull him closer and kiss him he's shocked but kisses back he gets in top of me "we are literally in a hospital" Colby says as he pulls away "I don't care Colby I love you" I say he looks at me "what" he says I sigh "it's always going to be you Colby yes I slept with Jordan we dated but I loved you still after everything I will always choose you" I say he smiles a little "good because I love you too" he says I kiss him he kisses back "but let's not right now" he says pulling away "your probably right" I say "see exactly" he says I roll my eyes he lays beside me I lay my head on his chest "is it over" I say he nods "ya it's over" he says I look up at him "It's about time we move on" he adds I nod "I agree this is just the beginning" I say and kiss him he kisses back we pull away I lay my head on his chest.

I'm glad it's over I'm going to keep my promise to my parents and Jordan I'm going to sign with some producers and continue my music career I'm going to write and sing songs I'm going to leave the gang life behind me it's all in the past now.

Skip three years

Right now I am in the studio with my team and I am currently recording my second album "this is great Tessa" Joe says "thank you" I say "you have your mothers voice you know that" he says "I get told that a lot" I say he chuckles "your father was a great man he would be proud" he says "he is" I say he nods "now when do you want to publish this" he says I look away "um how about next month" I say he nods "works for me oh one of your fathers friends he wants you to go down to his studio he wants to sign you" he says I nod "alright I'll check it out thanks" I say I get up and leave I go to my car I get in and head home things are going great me and Colby got our own house and Kat and Sam don't live far from us the others I don't know where they are right now but all I know ever since I left my past life behind I feel great I have a great boyfriend and a career things are going great.

"How did it go" Colby says as he pecks my lips "good I got another producer that wants to sign me" I say he looks at me "really that great" he says I nod "ya it is" I say as I eat another grape "my baby is famous never knew we would get this far" he says and comes over and kisses me I'm sitting on the counter I wrap my arms around his neck "I want to take you somewhere later so dress decent" he says as he pulls away I start to play with his hair "alright" I say and nod he looks at me he kisses me I kiss back "go get ready we leave in ten" he says I nod "fine but we will finish this later" I say "plan on it" he says I get down and leave up to our room I start to get ready.

After I am finished I take one lady look in the mirror I grab my phone and go down "so where are we going" I say as I walk down "it's a surprise" he says I give him this look "I hate surprises" I say "I think you will love this one" he says he grabs my hand and we leave in his car.

"Here put this on" he says handing me a Bandana "don't worry I'm not going to kill you or anything" he says I grab it and put it on "alright I got you" he says he grabs my hand and I get out "there's steps" he says I go down them carefully "one more" he says I step down and feel the sand we soon stop I feel him leave "Colby" I say "you can look" he says in the distant I remove it and am shocked at what I see there's lights dangling from some palm trees and then there's a row of lights like a path then at the end of it is Colby I start walking towards him "you did all this" I say he nods "with a little help" he says I smile a little "Tessa I love you and I always will you changed me you made me see that there's more to life then just hate or killing I found love I fell in love with you because you care more about others then your self you make me the happiest you bring the best out of me" he says I cover my mouth as he starts to get down on one knee I cover my mouth "I want to spend the rest of my life with you" he says "Tessa Stuart will you make me the happiest man and marry me" he says I nod "yes" I say he puts the ring on he stand back up and kisses me I kiss back I wrap my arms around his neck "did you just think of that now" I say he nods "maybe" he says "it was cute"I say he chuckles "I love you" he says "I love you more" I say he rolls his eyes "just kiss me" he says I kiss him he pulls me closer "you wanna finish this at home" I say pulling away "duh" he says I laugh a little we leave and go home.

I guess happy endings are for everyone mine worked out I got the guy it was tough at first but I got through it and not alone I had my family and friends and my now husband I wouldn't of gotten this far not without them so don't give up on your dreams follow your heart it will take you great places.
