Tessa's POV
"Hey" Colby says as he pulls out a earphone I look at him I start to put it back in "wait we need to talk" he says I take out the other one and close the book and set it on the table "talk" I say and cross my arms "I got a call this morning" he says I look at him signaling him to continue to go on "it was my dad" he says "what did he want" I say "he wanted to make a deal" he says I look away then back at him "he wants you for mine and Brennens freedom" he says I sit up "and if I don't" I say he looks at me "he will start taking us out one by one" he says I look away he wants me and if I don't then he will start killing us one by one I should of seen this coming "why didn't you want to tell me" I say he looks away "because I knew you would do something stupid" he says I look at him he looks at me "no what ever your thinking stop thinking it" he says "of course I would just to keep you guys safe because that's all that matters" I say he shakes his head "no your not I'm not loosing you promise me you won't" he says "promise me" he says I look away "Tessa please promise me" he says "Colby I can't you know that I need to protect Kat, Brennen, Devyn and you and the rest I can't loose anyone else" I say and look at him "which is why we will figure something out just please don't do what I think your going to do" he says I look away but I think of something wait they want me alive right what if I 'died' what if Colby kills me then they would half to stop right "I think I have a plan but you won't like it" I say and look at him "what won't I like about" he says I get up "just come on we need everyone in on this" I say and basically run downstairs "guys I think I have plan" I say as I stand in front of the tv Devyn turns it off "ok what" Brennen says Colby sits on the couch next to Brennen and Sam "what is one thing they want badly" I say they look at me confused "they want you alive" Corey says I nod "exactly but what if I 'died'" I say putting quotations with died "what no" Kat says I look at her I look at Colby he's looking at me as if I'm insane "I know it's not the best idea but it's the only good one we have" I say they look at each other "I hate to say this but she's right" Sam says I look at him "but if your dead then won't that just give them motive" Brennen says I look at him "yes and no they will think I'm dead right so that means I'm out of the picture for them but there's another person they want" I say and look at Colby he looks at me "Colby" Kat says I nod "exactly if he joins his parents mafia again then he can help find their weakness and that's how we will take them down" I say "what if it all goes wrong again" Tara says I look at her "then that's where we go in before anything else gets worse and before he gets hurt or killed" I say and look at him he's already looking at me "this is the only way we will end this all we need someone on the inside so we can figure out entrances back ways tunnels possibly" I say and look at all of them "where will you go" Jake says "there's a house we own in the middle of the woods literally no one knows about about me and Kat" I say "and who's staying with you" Brennen says I look at him "Tara and Devyn we will say they left because they couldn't take that I'm gone" I say they nod "alright" Tara says Devyn agrees too "Kat your going to half to hold down the fort while I'm gone" I say she nods "ya ok" She says "big question is who's killing you" Corey says I look at him "see that's the part your not going to like especially you" I say and look at Colby he looks at me and shakes his head "no" he says "you half too" I say he gets up and leaves "you better go talk to him" Sam says I look at him "alright I'll see what I can do" I say I run up the stairs and go into our room he's not there I look and see he's outside on the balcony I go out and stand next to him "you know why I want you to do it" I say he doesn't say anything "I want you to do it because I trust you I trust that you won't hesitate like Kat or Brennen would of done I need you to be strong for me especially for this It's not going to be temporary ok" I say he looks at me "and it's not going to be easy but I really need you right now to trust me" I say he nods "I trust you just promise me once this is over no more stuff like this" he says I nod "I promise" I say he looks at me "I love you I really hope you know that" he says I smile a little "and I love you" I say and go closer I wrap my arms around his neck he kisses me I kiss back he pulls me closer "we better get down there before they think something else" I say as I pull away "let them think it" he says I chuckle "let's not" I say he rolls his eyes "we still gotta finish the movie anyway" I say he gives me this look "please" I say he sighs "god I hate it when you give me that look" he says I smile "I know that's why I do it" I say he rolls his eyes he lets me go and we walk back downstairs "so he's in but let's talk more about tomorrow I just want to finish the movie" I say and sit on the other couch I lay down Colby comes and lays on top of me I wrap my arm around him "good idea" Brennen says and starts it again I start to play with his hair "keep doing that" he mumbles I laugh a little I continue to play with his hair and watch the movie.

I really hope this all works out we need to end this all of it I can't go another day risking to put everyone in danger.
