Chapter thirty

"The serial killer genes" I say he nods "ya anyway once they found out they started being careful where I go with a gun they told me to not kill but one day I guess I blacked out not remembering anything I woke up covered in blood so I ran downstairs to find my mother hovering over my fathers body" he says I start to play with his hair "she looked at me and said what have you done I still remember everything the look she gave me my fathers body I couldn't even go to his funeral I couldn't say goodbye I started blaming myself for it I let my anger get to me so I started going out on missions with John behind my mothers back I started fighting I started killing I let the darkness consume me that I didn't even care and when I finally snapped out of it I just forgot about it until you came around" he says and looks at me "that's why you was hesitant when I mentioned it that's why you don't want me going down that road" I say he nods "ya I can't let you go down that road that's why you hesitated because your scared of going down that road" he says I look away "I half too if I don't John threatened to kill everyone I care about that now includes you and the others" I say and look at him "I won't let that happen I can take John but I'm not going to let him ruin you" he says I shake my head I'm quiet for a bit "your right I'm scared of what I might become if I do give into the darkness I'm terrified I almost killed Colby I will almost kill you I don't want that to happened" I say and look at him "hey come here" he says and brings me in "it's ok" he says and kisses the top of my head I burry my head in the crock of his neck we stay like that for awhile "you need to go get some rest ok" he says as he pulls away I nod "ya ok" I say he carries me up to my room bridal style "whatever happened to your mom" I say "she's a doctor at the hospital she knows everything about us so if any of us gets shot then we go there" he says as he lays me down "no more questions ok go to sleep" he says I get comfy "wait stay" I mumble my eyes start to shut he looks back at me he comes over and lays next to me I go and lay my head on his chest he wraps an arm around me and we both fall asleep.

I wake up to my alarm god I didn't miss that I roll over and turn it off "can we just stay in bed" he mumbles through the pillow "get up you too or we are going to be late" Madison says as she burst open the doors I groan "ok we will be down in like an hour" I say "ok you better" she says and closes the door "if we don't get up then you know she will kick both of our asses" I say as I roll over on top of him he glances up at me "we can take her" he says I give him this look "fine I'm going to go shower if your not up by then you don't want to find out" I say and get up "ya ok whatever" he says I roll my eyes I go pick out an outfit then I go to the bathroom and I take a shower I get in wash then get out I dry off and put on underwear and a bra I then put on my outfit (up top) I then blow dry and curl my hair in light waves I then do my make up after I am done with that after I am done I go back out and see he's still not up I sigh and go and lay back on top of him "Jordan" I say shaking him a bit no answer "damn you are difficult" I whisper I then get an idea I lean down and kiss him he soon kisses back I pull away "no why'd you stop" he says I get off him he rolls over on his back "because you need to get up" I say he looks at me he grabs my hand and pulls me on top of him "not yet" he says I look at him "go out with me tonight" he says "what" I say he nods "go out with me tonight" he says again I look at him I think it's time to move on "ok" I say he looks at me shocked "really" he says I nod "yep" I say he smiles and kisses me I kiss back "you still need to get ready I need to finish getting ready" I say and pull away "fine" he says I get off him I go and grab heeled black boots I roll up my jeans a bit and then put them on I then go and put on my leather jacket "does that mean you actually giving me a chance" he says I shrug my shoulders "maybe" I say and spray some perfume he looks at me and comes over he wraps his arms around my waist "in that case it's a yes" he says "how do you know that exactly" I say "because in your words maybe is basically a yes" he says I roll my eyes "you know me go well don't ya" I say he shrugs his shoulders "maybe" he says "you still need to go get dressed you can't go in basket ball shorts and no shirt" I say and turn to look at him "watch me" he says I give him this look "let's not" I say and go grab my phone "someone's jealous" he says "am not" I say "I just don't want other girls staring at you" I say he looks at me "your jealous" he says I roll my eyes "am not" I say "hey don't worry I only have eyes on one girl and that's you ok" he says I look at him "ok" I say "go get dressed" I say "alright I'm going" he says and leaves I can't help but smile I put my phone in my back pocket and go downstairs.

I have a date with Jordan tonight oh my god am I really going to do this move on from Colby and just move on with my life like a normal person yes yes I am.
