Chapter thirty three

We park and we get out and go in I scan the card and the door unlocks cool "it would of been fun if we broke a window" Cole says I give him this look "let's just get this done" I say me and Jordan go to his room I turn the door nob "locked" I say he goes and tries it "can I kick it open" he says I shake my head "no I have an idea" I say I get a Bobby pin out of my hair and I pick the lock "your no fun" he says I roll my eyes and it unlocks I open it "see no damage done" I say he rolls his eyes we go in I go to his desk Jordan closes the door I go through his drawers I try a bottom right drawer "this ones locked" I say he comes over and looks "now you can break something" I say he bends down and pulls on it and it opens damn that was hot I shine the flash light on it "files" I say I look at one with my name on it I get it and open it "he's kept an eye on me this whole entire time" I say and look at the pictures "creepy" Jordan says I nod I close the folder "there's one on all of us" Jordan says he sets the one of him down and he opens it "he's been watching you since you were little" I say he nods he stops at this one picture of his house I look closer oh my god the night his father died "you ok" I say and start to rub his shoulder "ya" he says and set sit down "why does your father have these" Jordan says putting the folders back "I don't know" I say I shine the flash light back down "there's a box" I say he grabs it and set sit on the desk I open it "flash drives" he says I pick one up with my name on it "same with these" I say he nods "what are they though" he says I shake my head "let's grab the ones with us" I say we grab mine his and I grab Kats and Brennens and Colby's "got em" I say he nods "ya" he says he folds the box back up and put it back we close the drawer and start to leave but the door nob starts to turn "shit" I whisper "closet" he says he grabs my hand and we go in the closet he puts a finger to his lips the door opens and footsteps come in I close my eyes and take a deep breathe I open them "there it is" He says the key card shit I left it out there footsteps start to come over here Jordan covers my mouth "calm down" he whispers in my ear they stop in front of the door my phone starts to vibrate damn it I grab it and turn it off we soon head a door shut he uncovers my mouth "we need to get out do here" he says I nod "I agree" I say we get out of the closet and we leave making sure to lock his door we practically run down the hall put stop when we hear footsteps again Jordan grabs my hand and drags me to the left and we lean up against the wall he starts to creep around the corner "let's go" he says we run out "we gotta go he's here" I say as we catch up with the others "what we just came out of the office" Noah says I nod "did you get what we needed" Jordan says "ya" Noah says "let's go now" Taylor says we all run out we get in our cars and we go back to the house.

That was fun risky but fun or never had that much adrenaline rush through me before it felt amazing.

We get home and we all go up to bed we agreed to just go over everything tomorrow I go to my room and change into something comfy and lay in bed my phone rings and it's Jordan "you are literally in the room next to mine" I say "I know but I'm comfy" he says "ok so" I say "you should come join me" he says I roll my eyes "I'm not moving" I say "please" he says I sigh "fine you win this time" I say "yay see you soon" he says and hangs up I roll my eyes and get up and go to his room I go in and he's asleep "really you wanted me here but then you fall asleep" I mumble I go over and lay next to him he moves over to where his head is on my chest I wrap my arms around him I start to play with his hair he falls back asleep I soon fall asleep.

Colby's POV
"Colby" Brennen says I look at him "hm" I say he looks at me "bro you can't keep going out like this" he says I roll my eyes "or else people will know I'm not dead then John will know then it's al chaos ya got it" I say and take a drink "I'm serious I ran into Tessa apparently she's back at school" he says I look away "she says if you blow this your dead for good I'm dead everyone here is dead" he says I look at him "so what we can take them with or without her help alright" I say he sighs "Sam back me up" Brennen says I look at Sam "he's right Colby it's already risky enough with you being here" Sam says I roll my eyes and look away "whatever" I say I start to play with the rings on my fingers "I know your hurting but you really need to get your shit together" Brennen says I look at him "I'm fine" I say "I don't think Tessa back at school just for fun" Kat says as she walks in I roll my eyes and finish my drink "I'm out" I say and start to walk upstairs "Colby you might want to hear this" she says I roll my eyes "whatever hurry up" I say and go to sit back down in the bar stool "she's there to kill our father" Kat says "why" Jake says she wouldn't do that she doesn't have the heart for that she can't loose another parent "because he escaped from John a month ago he was held captive there until he escaped and went off the grid now John wants revenge so therefore" Kat says "John sent them there to kill him eventually" Brennen says I look at him "yes more specifically Tessa to kill him" She says I look down I start to play with my rings again "can we stop them" Corey says "yes and no if we do we would half to kill everyone but first we would half to get Tessa back" Kat says I look at her "I know it sounds crazy but when Tessa walked by us she didn't seem like she was scared or worried she seemed happy for once" Kat says I get up and run upstairs to my room I slam the door I slide down the door I lean my head back on it and close my eyes

I can't take this anymore I'm a mess without her I need her she kept me in line but now everything seems like it's falling apart I'm falling apart and no one can pick up the pieces.
