We finish recording right now we are touching up a couple things with the beat "you sound just like your mother" he says I look at him smiling a little "when I was in there it felt like she was with me" I say "ya because she is she would be proud of what you and your sister have become" he says I smile the song finishes "I think that's a wrap" he says I nod "ya I like it" I say he smiles "so are you ready to face reality now" he says as he saves the track to a flash drive "not really" I say he looks at me "I know this isn't going to be easy but I need you to know that no matter what happens you are not in this alone" he says I nod "ya I know" I say he nods "dad Tessa" Kat yells "coming" I yell we get up and close the door to the studio "are we going to talk about the note now" Tyler says I go sit between Kat and Brennen "it what happened earlier" Carson says I roll my eyes "so we all know Ryder wants Tessa and he will do anything to get what he wants and he won't stop until he does I have gotten in contact with some sources and they agreed to come and helps us security will be bumped up" dad says I look at him there's something he's not telling us "you are not to leave without anyone with you none of you are to leave without someone with you got it" dad says we nod "ya got it" Kat says "is there something your not telling us" I say he looks at me ha he's hiding something "Kat Tessa in my office" dad says we get up and go in there I close the door "you really think he's hiding something" Kat says I shrug my shoulders "I don't know what to think anymore" I say she looks at me "why were you guys in the studio" she says I look at her and lean against the desk "I recorded a song one of moms one her and dad started but never finished so I finished it for her" I say she looks at me proudly "oh my god Tessa that's great I'm happy for you" she says I nod "ya" I say dad soon comes in "you might want to sit down for what I'm about to tell you guys" he says we look at each other then at dad we go sit in the couch he sits at his desk "I know why Ryder wants you" he says I look at him like go on "he's my brother" dad says we look at him shocked "brother" me and Kat says in unison "yes he's my older brother" dad says me and Kat look at each other "wait but why want you gone" Kat says we look at him he looks at us "we wasn't always enemies we were basically inseparable until well the day our father didn't pass down the gang to him instead he passed it down to me it was originally supposed to go to the oldest sibling but instead our father decided to give me leadership of the black angels Ryder didn't take it so well so one night he went into my fathers office and shot him right between the eyes without hesitation but before he died he gave me this envelope with a DNA test in it your uncle has these genes that will make you feel like you have a darker side of yourself" dad says I look at him confused "so why does he want me then" I say he looks at me "now this is just a theory but he thinks you have those genes" he says I tense I might have some serial killer genes really this can get worse can it "are we good to go" Kat says he nods "ya go ahead and go" he says I get up and leave "so what did your dad want" Brennen says I sit next to him not saying anything Kat explains leaving out the dad and Ryder situation I have always felt that there was something else in side of me I just didn't know what it was but now I think I know I might have some serial killer gene that only me and Ryder have god this can't be happening I can't have it can I you don't feel that urge to kill someone says in the back of my head I shake them away.

"Wait so Ryder is your uncle" Carson says pointing to the both of us "ya apparently" Kat says "and Tessa might have some serial killer gene" Devyn says I look at her "possibly" I say I lean back I lay my head in Brennens shoulder "you ok" he says as he lays his head on top of mine I shake my head "does it look like it" I say "we will give you two a minute" Kat says "come on guys" Kat says they get up and leave upstairs "I can't even process it I might have some genes that will give me the urge to kill and I'll like it ya I killed people in the past but—" I start to say "did you enjoy it" he says I look at him "maybe" I say he looks at me "I always knew there was another part of me a darker part of me I guess that explains it" I say he sighs "killer instincts or not I don't care it won't change on how you are still my best friend we are all here for you" he says he cups my face in his hands "we are in this together no matter what" he says I nod "ok" I say he brings me into a hug I rest my head on his chest I feel my eyes get heavy I soon close them and darkness takes over.
